We replaced a 1960 oven and the difference between the old and new one in terms of features and quality is sizable. The old oven seems to be of a sturdier build, therefore I do not expect this new one to last 60 years. :) But the collection of features, wifi integration, embedded temp probe makes it a worthy replacement.

The touchpad is easy to use and intuitive. The Cafe app works well with my phone . The sliding interior rack is a nice upgrade . I wish it came with more details on how to use the various cooking modes. Without encouragement, it's hard to break out of using the traditional "bake" setting!

It works!
We had a Dacor oven that was on its last legs. The Cafe oven was suggested as a suitable replacement. After only having it for a few weeks, I can say that this is the best oven I have ever used! The temperature is right on and the oven heats evenly.
We have not yet used all of the features, but we plan to!

Exactly what I was looking for!
This oven replaced a GE convection oven that had stopped working properly. I was especially drawn to the air fry capability, the pull-out racks, and touch screen controls. It was very easy to install and works perfectly. I love the big window and bright light inside; you can really see everything which is nice. The controls are intuitive, and responsive. It pre-heats much quicker than my previous oven, and air fries to perfection. This was definitely an investment piece in my kitchen along with my new induction cooktop. I do a lot of cooking and baking, so it was well worth it to get high quality appliances. I couldn’t be happier.

I really love the sleek design and like the black glass look. It is also easy to clean. All the choices of cooking modes are a real plus. I have not had a chance to use the self cleaning yet but do like the gentle steam clean feature. I have also enjoyed using the various display features.
