Great set
This set compliments my large frying pans and stockpot well. Inside measurement levels visible through the lid are a great added feature.
Took some trial and error with induction cooktop - after that happy with results. Keep some bar keeper's friend soap handy.

Outstanding!!!!
I gave these pans to a friend as a gift. He’s a great cook and he loves them!- he did say the largest pot was a bit on the smaller side however.
I also gave the premier set to my son as a gift and he loves them! Very high quality- they will be around for years to come! He’s been cooking up some great stuff!!!! Get some! They’re great!!!!!

So happy. YES it takes practice cooking in stainless steel. I bought a single pan to practice on because in the past ive used none stick pans but they are toxic and dont last long. It took many trys and a bottle of bar keepers liquid cleaner. You have to cook at a lower temperature especially on a gas stove but even on an electric the most ill cook on is medium heat. Dont forget to heat the pan and then also heat the oil you put in it and coat the whole bottom with the oil. Yes they get discolored sometimes but just put a layer of bar keepers liquid for a few minutes and everything comes off without any scrubbing and they will look shiny as new. Cooking takes patience and using stainless steel takes patience. Just practice and dont just blame the pans. Always google. Read reviews and ask questions. I have not mastered eggs, but ive never made such perfect pancakes as i do in my pan. Cant wait to order a set and continue learning.

Excellent Product
My husband and I upgraded to this set from our hodgepodge of cookware and we love it. Cooking with stainless steel does require a little bit more forethought. Letting the food come to room temperature and using metal cooking utensils(and of course a little bit of the cooking oil of your choice) is recommended to keep the food from burning and sticking to the surface. The only food we've gotten "stuck" is cheese,and it came off very easily after putting a little water in the pan,heating it up,and scraping a little with a metal spatula. I highly recommend this set to anyone who has the time and patience to let their food come to room temp before cooking.

Great set but…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My set was a gift and i absolutely love using them. The only problem is the pans. Everything sticks to them and you literally have to scrub so hard to get stuff off, then it stains. As it was a gift I am very grateful though.

Excellent cookware
These are excellent to cook with. I was initial concerned about stainless steel after using nonstick but these cook very well and clean well too. I do recommend though for anyone transitioning over to stainless to read the instructions included and watch a YouTube video on the best cooking practices to get the most out of the pots and pans.

Calphalon Does It Again
I purchased this new Calphalon set only because my previous Calphalon cookware purchased many years ago wasn't induction-compatible. I chose this particular set because I wanted a set that was as close in design and construction to the older set that I was very satisfied with. I can happily say that this new set did not disappoint. For anyone wanting induction-compatible cookware without breaking the bank, look no further than this set.

Great overall pans!
We purchased this set a year ago. While they do have a learning curve compared to a nonstick pan, we absolutely love them. They sear meat very well, and make great stirfrys! I'm backing macaroni and cheese in one right now, after making the bechamel based sauce in the same fry pan. The measurements on the sides of the pots are helpful as are the spouts and holes in the lids. My fiancé and I look forward to using these for years to come!

How to love stainless steel
Great product and easy to cook and clean. Recommended to purchase. Once you learn that cooking on Stainless Steel is as easy as allowing the pans to heat up to proper heat before beginning to cook, the rest becomes flawless.

Timeless Treasure

There is a slight learning curve when it comes to cooking with stainless steel, but once you know how, the results are beautiful. My set of cookware is just as gorgeous today as the day I bought it and has helped me raise and provide for my children as they were growing up. Over the years, it has also helped me cook healthy, nutritious meals for friends and family as well as for charity; and now, this set of cookware is helping me to care for my elderly mother. I have to say that this set of cookware is one of my most prized and beloved treasures. Thank you Calphalon for being with me in every stage of my life. Just one thing I want to know...when I go, can I take this with me?

FOOD STICKING?? Try this!
A simple YOUTUBE video will teach you how to use stainless steel. Your food sticking is a user error, not a caphalon error.
YOU DONT COOK ON THESE THE SAME WAY YOU WOULD THAT TOXIC, NON STICK GARBAGE you’re used to. Please do research how to properly use/Cook with your set before leaving unfair, negative reviews.
