Even when i set it on Gray Scale and Draft printing, the quality was decent. I do a lot of printing, so I'm almost out of black ink. Seems like it should have lasted longer. Great quality printer for the price. I highly recommend it!

Seems to print good quality prints too. I print 10-30 pages (copy paper) daily and this printer holds up for about 2-3 years before the "overflow ink tray" fills and will no longer work. Others in my office have had theirs for 4+ years since they do not print often.

I liked it enough to buy the exact same model. I had a hard time installing it because I forgot to delete the old one before installing the new one -- my bad. But the Canon tech rep stayed with me on the line until all was complete.

I have owned this printer for about 5 years and it has performed perfectly. Connected immediately to my laptop, and the buttons on top are very intuitive. Was not pleased with the color on my first try with a 4 x 6 photo, but discovered a setting to increase quality for such photos and was amazed at the quality. Have had only two paper jams in the years I have had it. Lastly, I love that the paper lays flat.

Are ink cartridges and cables included or must they be purchased separately?

First set of ink provided. USB/HDMI cables not included. Using wireless connectivity via home WiFi and it works great. Scanner, copier features work great. I do not use the Fax feature.

Does this work with Windows 10?

Well the printer we used was cartridge, however the compatibility issue is with the computer and not the operating system. So the answer is yes, since I too have windows 10. As long as you can wire it to your pc it will be picked up and will print whether from browser or anything saved on Windows 10 hard drive.

Is this a refurbished printer? Most reviews I have read are for MG3620 and this is listed as model MG3620. Notice the b after the model#.
