This review will span the good and the bad, spoiler the only good (or in this case amazing) aspect of this experience is the effort and assistance provided by Craig Warmbrand, He always makes fantastic recommendations and if there is difficulty with an order or product he owns the relationship, helping to direct and drive progress.
The bad, this chair is a replacement for another Jackson Catnapper chair. The previous chair broke within the first year and attempting to obtain service was a nightmare, so much so after numerous service calls, a year later it was replaced with this chair. When the delivery team arrived they stated most of their time is spent replacing Catnapper furniture. This chair's mechanisms have already started to make noise and we do not have hope for its longevity. I hope PC Richards teams up with Lazyboy or some other furniture provider soon who stands by their product more readily and creates a higher quality product than does Jackson Catnapper.
