The perfect cooking tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best multi-use cooker I have ever used. We used it as a crock pot to make chili that came out perfectly. I used it as a sous vide to make pork tenderloin that turned out so flavorful and tender. The clean-up is easy and using it is a breeze.

Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product over a month ago and I am so glad that I did. I have had various crock pots in my lifetime but nothing like this one. This one has so many different and great features that I just absolutely love it. I have already cooked a roast with potatoes and carrots and all the trimmings and the last at about 7 hours and it came just out perfect. The meat was so tender. I also have cooked pinto beans in it and I left them overnight and they were just delicious. If you are looking for a similar product to this one, I highly recommend this one. It is really a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a rare gem that somehow manages to elevate your cooking while simultaneously simplifying the process. The addition of the sous vide function to the crock pot is an upgrade. I've always enjoyed the ability to use a slow cooker to prepare meals (and keep them warm) while I'm going about my day. If you, like me, already use a crock pot and have things cooking for a protracted period, sous vide is a natural transition. The one caveat is that while spacious for a slow cooker, this product is not sized to prepare the same amount of food when employing the sous vide. That said, the feature is not without merit resulting in meat consistently cooked to your specifications. Once the process is complete, all you have to do is sear off the meat and trust me, the result is delicious, tender goodness.
Thanks to a foolproof display, use is intuitive. Aided greatly by the inclusion of a removable thermometer that is inserted via the lid to monitor progress, cooking has never been more convenient. Once ready, the lid locks for mess free transport . If that wasn't enough, cleaning is a breeze as both the lid and insert are dishwasher safe. While this isn't helpful for those who want to throw a meal together in ten minutes, from beginning to end, it is a lifesaver for those of us that want quality meals without the time commitment.

Superb meals made at home

This machine is an all around winner and needs to be a staple on all kitchens; move over old single function slow cooker! The sous vide feature is a game changer and cooking delicious food fast and with such precision is incredible. Set up was easy with the included instructions, and it even came with a recipe book. I’ve already made 2 of those meals and I’m just blown away with the simplicity in making amazing. food with the slow cooker. The included temp gauge is an awesome addition, and leaves no room for doubt about food temp accuracy. I love looking forward to cooking dinner with this slow cooker for dinner, such joy it’s brought me!

The Best!

I am a busy mom so sometimes I don’t have time to cook but with this I just dump it the ingredients, lock it lid, turn it on and by the time I’m done with errands and picking up my child , dinner is done. This was my first time using the sous vide method and I made the best steak ever!! I do wish the cord was longer but I will recommend

Large capacity and easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This slow cooker with sous vide is a nice modern update to the traditional slow cooker that didn't have temperature monitoring or advanced controls. The digital menu is easy to read and also easy and straightforward to use. The temperature probe lets you get your proteins or other ingredients to your desired final temperature. This ensures a final dish cooked to your preference for doneness. I enjoy my beef cooked to medium rare and this cooker let me hit that without overcooking. Easy to reproduce, just right results! I think the temperature probe is a game changer in the world of slow cookers and I wouldn't go back to one without it.
The 7 quart capacity is a good size that let's you prepare dishes for a typical sized family without being too large or bulky. The locking lid is a great feature that allows you to transport it easier without making a mess. The lid doesn't sit that snuggly when it's not locked in with the latches though. The base unit itself is light which speaks to how small and compact modern electronics are, and the pot itself is hefty and holds heat well. Spend the time to experiment and find the right recipes for this device and it'll greatly simplify your weeknight meals and prep with great results.

As Awesome as it Sounds!

I gave away my old crockpot and only use this one! I love that I can cook the most tender meats with all that flavor along with all the other items I want! The way this brings out the flavor is 5 stars alone! This is my new favorite kitchen gadget and everyone who’s been over when I’m cooking with it now wants one. I e had so much experimenting with new recipes and new ways of cooking old recipes. I’m obsessed!

So many great features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gives a high quality feel with the stainless steel and digital panel. Love being able to program it to cook a set amount of time in case I lose track of time or forget about it. The warming function is really nice too. Keeps the food at a nice temp without it over cooking it. The lid might be my favorite part. It has a rubber seal all around it, and it locks securely on top. You can travel with this safely, and no spilling! Having the plug in thermometer is very helpful for checking the doneness of a roast or whatever meat you’re cooking. Nice large pot to make a good sized roast and veggies. Being able to wash the pot and lid in the dishwasher was a nice bonus. Also came with soups vide bags and recipes. Looking forward to trying them this winter. Really nice kitchen appliance!

A great crockpot!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this thinking that the sous vide feature would be awesome to try. Well, I still haven't tried the sous vide feature. I have cooked a number of dishes in it and used it for a potluck. The lock on lid is great for when you need to move your dish from one location to another. The lid has holes in it to allow the use of the probe for both the sous vide function and when you are slow cooking something like a roast. It heats reasonably fast, it keeps temperature well, and the interface is intuitive and easy to use with its built in timer.
I have to say, though, that my favorite feature is the bowl you cook in. It's a super easy to clean stoneware. I forgot about the pot after using it and the food had hardened on and I thought it was going to be a bear to clean, but it was still super easy to clean. I'm really impressed by that. It seems like it should be a small thing, but it really makes this nicer to use.
It's a really great crock pot and the sous vide function is a nice bonus, but so far I've just enjoyed using this as a slow cooker!

I was at first a bit nervous and intimated to try but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I made steak with the sous vide option. It was delicious. I have also made pulled pork with the regular slow cooker option and it came out perfect as well.

Easier than I thought

We used it to cook some Omaha steaks with the reverse sear method, and they turned out steakhouse quality! now that I’m warmed up, I’m gonna try beef short ribs next. I haven’t tried the crockpot function, but I’m sure there are no surprises there. I’ve always trusted this brand!

Works great!

It did take about half an hour to heat up, which seems like a long time but I can just use that as prep time next time I use it. All in all, this is a perfect 2-in-1 appliance and I will be using it a lot in the future!

Large, Stylish Crockpot with added Feature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a frequent user of slow cookers, and this one is large, stylish, and has the extra feature of sous vide. I was unfamiliar with the sous vide style of cooking, but the directions make it very easy to understand. I like the digital settings. The circular knob handle on the lid, and the lid closure clasps are not as strong or high quality look as I would like. Overall, I love this product with an extra feature, to make it an upgrade from my former slow cookers.

Sous Vide option is great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice slow cooker. It's well made and easy to use. It works as well as my previous slow cooker, but has some nice additions to it. I really like the temperature probe, and the sous vide is a nice addition as well. My husband has been experimenting with this feature as it’s what caught his eye. He has perfected pork chops and every weekend picks something new to use the sous vide option. It's easy to clean, and I like that the pot and lid can go in the dishwasher. It’s well made and works well.

The 7 qt pot gives me plenty of space to work with and allows the meats to cook evenly and properly. The temperature probe allows me to keep an eye on how accurately the food cooking. Best of all, when the meal is finished cooking the lid can lock in place and I can easily transport the entire pot with confidence. I love it and cannot wait to experiment with my recipes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This crockpot/ slow cooker is very nice. It is kind of heavy, due to the stoneware.
It has a locking lid, sturdy handles, removable stoneware, a temperature probe, and the controls are digital.
This model has the Sous Vide feature and comes with 5 plastic sealable bags. It also has a recipe book.
The controls are easy to use and figure out, and I really like the keep warm settings . The temperature probe is great to make sure meat is not under cooked.
Clean up is easy with just soap and water. The base of this crockpot does get hot so don’t leave it against anything.
I really like this slow cooker / crockpot. It’s very easy to use and I use mine quite often.

Best slow cooker!

I was a bit nervous about the latter and have to say, cooking in that style comes out perfect! For years I’ve gone to restaurants and experienced Sous Vide preparation wishing I could have more access or options than going to a fine dining restaurant(which is fun but not multiple times each week) or trying to do it myself with the massive options that were available to buy. We are so happy there’s a solution! And one that isn’t overly complicated!

The crock pot works perfectly, it's getting cold and I had a taste for beef stew. I figured that would be a great way to see how the crock pot would perform and the food cooked PERFECTLY. The stoneware liner is easy to clean and food is NOT sticking to the sides or bottom. Warmer feature is super and it does not appear to be too hot. It's become such a lifesaver for those of us that have busy lives and busy work days. I have always wanted to try sous vide cooking, but didn't want to buy yet another machine that would take up a lot of room on my ever reducing counter space. This item has changed how we cook yet again. We tried some salmon in a marinade, and cooked according to directions. It came out flavorful all the way through, tender and completely cooked. The crockpot part is so convenient with the timer attached. The fact that we can lock the cover on is the best. No more spilling while on the way to bringing food to any upcoming holiday meal events! I sold my older Crockpot (the one with no time and spotty heating). I appreciate the larger handles, too. Overall, a wonderful improvement on a classic.
