Pricey. But, makes great deep thick Belgian waffles. Perfect waffles every time. Plates are not removable. Suggest cleaning w a toothbrush to get to the hard to reach areas of the iron.

Belgian Double Waffle Maker
The Belgian Waffle Maker is a dream to use. Love it. I had a Kitchen Aid one before but left it in GA as I couldn't get parts for it and missed making Belgian Waffles. Love it. Would purchase again! Love All Cuisinart Products as I have never had a problem with them.

Easy to use & makes great waffles. Heats up quickly & is easy to clean. Does take a while to cool down, but leaving it open helps. Very happy with this purchase.

I love this double flip waffle maker! So very easy to use. I had another similar one but I accidentally broke it by dropping something on the end attachment. I immediately got another one because I just loved the one I had broken!! Great decision!

Our new Cuisinart double flip Belgium Wafflemaker makes the thickest, best tasting waffles we have ever made. The adjustable cook time sensor makes them perfectly done with a light crust, plus we get 2 waffles done at a time.

Good Waffle Maker!
I was using an older single Belgian Waffle maker that my daughter got me as a Christmas gift some years ago. I splurged and got this one a few weeks ago. This Cuisinart leaves that one in the dust. First, now when I make waffles my husband & I can eat together in stead of eating in shifts like with the single waffle maker! Secondly, the Cuisinart bakes up the double waffles in much less time - and these are pretty waffles, too, very evenly browned and in record time. I waited to get it on sale though - I never pay “full price” for anything if I can keep from it. I’m very satisfied with this double waffle maker. I think you will be, too! This would be your best bet to make waffles quickly if you have guests for breakfast. Cuisinart has a good reputation for their kitchen appliances & gadgets. I have several Cuisinart products: toaster, blender, cookware to name a few and now this double waffle maker. Cuisinart has good warranties on their products - but I’ve yet to ever have to use one of them.

This double waffle maker is awesome! It allows you to adjust the level of “toast” you want on your waffles. They’re crisp on the outside & fluffy on the inside. Very user friendly & the waffles were delicious! Love that two people can eat waffles at the same time, too. Worth every penny.
