2nd Cuisinart Burr Grinder
This is my 2nd Cuisinart Burr Grinder I've purchased. Not a bad deal since the 1st one lasted 20 years! So I purchased a replacement with this one and the only difference is now the setting goes to 18 cups. It is refreshing when a small appliance has that long of a life span. There was no question the replacement will be the same. So happy with this again. Always a clean grind no matter the setting. Very pleased. Hopefully it will be 20 years till I have to buy my 3rd.

Very happy with this mill.
I bought this to replace a blade grinder that gave inconsistent results. This one grinds the beans perfectly for our taste, and has an adjustment option for fine to coarse, depending on individual needs. We recently traveled to Colombia, and brought several bags of quality beans. This mill (and the beans) created amazing results. Cuisinart always equals quality for us. We've had a Cuisinart food processor for over 20 years and it's still going strong! Hopefully we'll get years of use from this mill.

You get what you pay for
I owned a Cuisinart coffee grinder, this exact model, for 6 years and it worked great. My son needed one so I gave him mine. So I bought one trying to save some money and bought a less expensive one. I think had it for 6 months and it cratered. So I bought another Cuisinart and I’m so glad I did and relearned the expression you get what you pay for. This thing is built like a tank and offers a lot of different settings so you can grind your coffee just like you want it. I’ll never leave Cuisinart’s quality again.

Long lasting appliance
This is the third grinder like this I have purchased. The previous two have lasted at least 15 years each. It is truly an amazing burr grinder especially for the price point. It works very efficiently and is very quiet considering its’ purpose. Highly recommend!

So far, so good! I've only had my coffee bean grinder... or, "Burr Mill" long enough to run 2 full bags through, but wow! Works perfectly. The first bag I ground a little too fine, so take some advice and, the first time you use it, grind juuuust enough for one pot of coffee. See if you like the setting. Obviously, if you don't, repeat one pot at a time till you get it like you like it. Keep in mind that the freshness of the beans, and the amount of time the beans were roasted can, and will likely, play a part in the grind setting. This mill makes adjusting those results easy and painless.

The burr grinder does an outstanding job.Only small downside I find is the bean hopper is difficult to empty without spilling beans all over the place, a hassle if you want to change coffees.

Inheritance.
This coffee grinder took up where its predecessor sister left off. I don't know how many years the predecessor gave my mother, but I am sure it was a lot. I inherited it when my mother passed last year so when it quit working, I replaced it with a new Cuisinart of the same model. It grinds my coffee beans the way I like.
