Great seat to grow with your kiddo!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kiddo recently outgrew her infant seat, so I was glad to have the Evenflo All4Stages slim car seat to try, which I received the car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
Things I loved: The car seat design is very attractive and neutral enough to fit any car interior aesthetic. I have a compact SUV and the car seat fit nicely (while in rear-facing mode) in my back seat without "squishing" the front passenger seat. My car also doesn't have built-in sun shades in the car windows, so having the retractable sun shade built into the car seat was an awesome feature to keep the sun out of my kiddo's eyes. The only watch-out with the sun shade is that my kiddo does like to grab and pull things so I'm not sure if she might do that with the sun shade eventually. While I didn't use the infant cushions, they seemed really soft and comfortable. I also appreciated the removable cups and snack holder tray!
I'm terrible at car seat installation and always need my husband's help, but he didn't think it was very difficult or complicated. I'm on the petite side, so the car seat was a bit heavy for me to lift into the car, but since I don't plan on moving it, that won't be an issue.
I only have two issues with the car seat: One is that the chest clip is a little bit harder to push open/release (and was difficult for my arthritic mother to maneuver), but I think I could get used to it with practice. Additionally, the fabric piece that covers the harness release doesn't leave a lot of room for larger fingers to grasp onto the release and took some wiggling around to get it to release.
All in all, it's a nicely designed and built car seat and I love that my kiddo can use it for years to come!

Love the slim design and ability to use for years to come
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very fortunate to receive this car seat from Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so pleased with it! My 2-year-old was desperately in need of a new car seat since we were still using a hand-me-down from her older sister that did not have nearly as many features as this model. I love the slim design, especially since I have two kids in car seats. Previously, the back middle seat of my car was rendered useless, but now there is actually enough room for a passenger to sit between both kids' seats. I really appreciate all the padding on the seat around the belt restraints. My 2-year-old appeared to be very comfortable. She is still rear-facing, and it's very reassuring to know that I will not have to turn her around to be forward facing anytime soon for lack of leg room.
Like my previous car seat, this one features two cup holders with an additional snack tray (not pictured as I did not have a need for it). The car seat also includes a sun shade that I did not feel necessary because the window is already tinted, but I suspect many parents will appreciate the option. As someone who feels "less is more," I'm glad that these extra accessories are optional. I can't speak to how the car seat performs when forward facing or converted to a booster since my child is too young, but I am absolutely thrilled that I'll be able to use it for many years as she continues to grow and never have to buy another car seat. This is huge! When I was a first time mom buying my first car seat, a feature like that never occurred to me, and I was so annoyed when I had to go out and buy a booster seat for my older child. It's amazing to know that I am done with car seat purchases forever!
The only negative that I will say about this car seat is that the instructions could have been clearer for initial setup and installation, and it took a while to find the perfect adjustments for my child's height and weight. She is tall for her age so the straps and height of the seat had to be reconfigured. However, I suspect this is typical for a car seat that is designed to grow with your child for several years. Now that the car seat is installed and configured to my child's needs, it feels extremely sturdy and safe, which is so important to me. The restraints and buckles are so easy to adjust, tighten, and loosen which makes it easy to get my child in and out. Overall I am so happy with this car seat and thrilled that I'll be able to use it for years to come!

My baby loves this car seat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have a one year old who was getting too heavy to lift in and out of the car in their infant car seat and so this car seat came just in time! It is well built, with lots of comfy padding for baby, and true to its name-slim fit! I was able to put it together quickly and install it into my vehicle with ease. I was surprised at how much room there was left in the back seat and between the car seat and the front seat.
While I was putting the cupholders in place on my kitchen floor, my baby crawled in and didn’t want to get out. Every car ride we’ve been on she gets extremely excited to get in her seat and comfortable rides and enjoys the car seat. In rear facing position, the guides and levels are helpful in making sure she is in optimal position. The shade feature is also wonderful since most convertible car seats don’t have that as an option. We have loved this car seat and would suggest it to all our friends with babies. We look forward to being able to use it for 10 years while it grows with her.

Car Seat for Growing Family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of buying one seat that would last from the newborn days all the way through to the booster years. It just seemed so much more practical than having to keep upgrading every couple of years.
At just 16.9 inches wide, we could fit three of them across the back seat. This was a huge relief because we didn’t want to buy a bigger car just to accommodate car seats. Even with the slim design, it doesn’t feel cramped or uncomfortable for the kids.
I also really appreciated the removable canopy. We used it all the time when our youngest was rear-facing. It did a great job of blocking out the sun during nap time, which made road trips a lot more peaceful.
Installing car seats has always been my least favorite chore, but the installation system on this one is a lifesaver. It seriously takes half the effort compared to other seats we’ve used.
Cleaning the seat is pretty straightforward. They’ve held up well, too—no fading or shrinking, even after multiple washes.
I won’t have to think about buying another car seat for years. If you’ve got a growing family and a packed back seat, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try. Just double-check the fit if you’re planning to use it for a newborn.
Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending us this awesome car seat.

Slim design and safe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat. For the most part I loved this seat, I felt that my child was safe in it and the design is appealing. I have multiple kids so the slim design definitely helps when we are all in the car. It allows for plenty of room for another child to sit next to it or to even have another car seat or booster alongside it. The head protection is top notch and that gives me so much peace of mind. I also love that it has a sun shade, I can’t tell you how many times that has come in handy. It’s hard to find seats past infant carriers that have a sun shade and it’s still very much needed with a rear facing child. My 2 year old seemed to love the seat and was comfortable in it, also provided plenty of leg room. It was easy to install, and I love the safety indicators so you know you have the seat in the correct position.
The only cons I found with this seat is that it is heavy and the chest clip at times was a little sticky and took two hands to undo. The chest clip also didn’t feel as high quality as the rest of the seat. Other than that I love this seat and look forward to using it through all the stages.

Nice, durable car seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I would like to thank the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this car seat. I was super excited and I am so thankful for this opportunity. For reference I have a toddler who will be 3 and I am expecting in August, so I definitely need another car seat. The fact that this car seat the All4Stages Slim 4-in-1 grows with baby is a HUGE plus! Starting off with the likes, it has ALOT of cushions, makes me feel like my child is safe. It’s very durable/sturdy and easy to buckle and adjusting the straps. The one I received is a nice black/gray, nice to go with everything, and simple design.
And as for myself I believe it was easy to install, with the options of LATCH system or belt system. For the dislikes, my main disappointment is not being able to use the LATCH system for forward facing. Yes, you still have the belt system but in my opinion I feel the LATCH system is a better way to go. The All4Stages Slim+ 4-in-1 car seat is also a little on the heavy side for me personally, but to put in perspective I am only 5’4 and 108 lbs. But as I stated before it is durable. My next issue is just that there is no base for newborns, so there is no taking the car seat in and out, which has become quite convenient these days. There’s no way I’d be able to take this car seat out day in and day out. Finally I find that my child doesn’t have a lot of leg room, front facing. I have a newer model Jeep Grand Cherokee. Of course, that being said all vehicles are different so it may be better for some. All in all I do like the car seat and I will use it as my child grows, as for my upcoming child I would definitely get an infant car seat with base for getting out easier on the go. At the end of the day I would recommend the ALL4Stages slim+ car seat, I believe my pros out weigh the cons and not everyone’s concerns are the same. Thanks again to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for this wonderful opportunity!

Does it’s job, but could be better…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall this car seat does what it needs to do- it’s keeps your child safe in the car while driving. It’s nice that you can use it from birth to booster seat stage (so it’s an investment for many years). My toddler really loves the cup holder and immediately started using it once in the car seat (she is still rear facing). She seems to be comfortable in the car seat as well. Since it is slim, it keeps kids more “cozy”. Taking off portions of the car seat that are for the you her years is very easy, and installation of the car seat overall is easy as well. The weight of the sat seat is actually lighter than other car seats we have used, so a momma could install on her own if too much weight tends to be an issue.
There are two things that are big cons to me that made me give it a 4 vs a 5 star review. The bottom frame/foundation is slim so it causes the car seat to wiggle a little. It’s not to the point that it is dangerous while driving, but our other car seat we use (Nuna) does not have this problem at all and makes it feel much more sturdy. For the price of this car seat I would really want to make sure 100% is sturdy. The other thing I did not like is that it is not flame-retardant free…so there are still toxic chemicals that are exposed to your child while using. For the price, I’d expect a car seat that is flame retardant free. Again, these are the 2 things that I found as cons and I know are more personal preference, but are things that would cause me not to purchase this myself.
Overall a good car seat if the cons are things that are not important to you. I’d recommend depending on the parents preferences.

Versatile Car Seat with a Slim Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with the All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat to try out. As a parent of a two-year-old, I was excited to see how this seat would fit our needs and how it compared to the car seat we typically use.
The slim design was a nice feature—I installed it rear-facing in my backseat, and while we don’t have other passengers or car seats in the back, it did feel slightly more compact than our usual seat. This could be a great option for families trying to fit multiple car seats or just looking to save space.
I really appreciate that this car seat is designed to grow with a child through four different stages. While we’re only using it for rear-facing right now and will eventually transition to forward-facing, I love that it eliminates the need to purchase a separate booster seat down the line. That’s a huge cost-saving benefit for parents!
Installation was about average—similar to other car seats I’ve used. Adjusting the straps was also straightforward, though I did notice that they twist easily, and keeping them tucked out of the way wasn’t as simple as I would have liked.
One thing I didn’t love was that adjusting the recline while the seat was installed rear-facing wasn’t possible. The lever to change the recline is located under the child’s feet, meaning you have to uninstall the seat to make adjustments. Other car seats I’ve used have a button on the side, allowing for easier recline changes without having to remove the seat. This was a bit inconvenient, especially if I needed to make a quick adjustment after installation.
While no particular feature stood out to me as exceptional, the car seat performed as expected and provided a comfortable and safe ride for my little one. If you’re looking for an affordable, all-in-one option that will last through multiple stages, this could be a great choice.
