Care & Cleaning
DO NOT lubricate or immerse in water any part of this child restraint, unless rinsing is permitted plastic and metal parts may be wiped clean with mild soap and water and dried with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Take care not to damage any labels. The harness can be wiped clean with mild soap and water. Allow harness to air dry. Machine wash the seat pad separately in cold water, delicate cycle. Tumble dry 10 to 15 minutes on low heat. Periodically inspect and clean the restraint's crotch buckle of food, liquids, and other debris to ensure proper latching. Place the buckle in a cup of warm water and gently agitate the buckle back and forth. Press the red button several times while the buckle is in the water. Do not submerge the harness strap. To avoid damage to the buckle, do not clean the buckle with soap or detergents and do not use a lubricant.

Exceptional and grows with child
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat! I have been on the hunt for a car seat that would fit in the back of our family truck. We have three kids, 3 and under, who need car seats. Thankfully I was given the opportunity to test out a SLIM convertible car seat! When I took the carseat out of the box, I was impressed with the initial look of the car seat. Black/grey combo coloring was classic and sleek looking. The amount of padding and support was much appreciated! Our newborn fit perfectly and I felt like the padding around the head area was enough and felt very safe! Our baby is a peanut (about 9 pounds) and she fit snug enough to be comfortable and safe. One of the cool feature this seat has is the adjustable position of the headrest. It’s super easy to move it around which is helpful when kids grow like weeds! The fabric is super soft and easy to wipe things off of. The fabric piece has the ability to been taken off and machine washed if needed. My husband and I installed the car seat together, however it didn’t need both of us. It was easy enough for one person to do it. It was easy to level, which I usually have had a hard time doing with others. With the car seat being slim, we could easily fit three of them across the backseat of the truck. There are two cup holders that were easy to put into place and were easy enough to take out for when we need to clean them. There is a sunshade that is clicked into the car seat. It had a wide area of coverage to block the sun from the side windows and it covers a decent amount of sun that comes in from the back truck window too. One of the best features about this carseat is that it’s a one stop shop…this goes from infant to older kids needing a booster! Stretching a dollar is hard to do these days but it’s able to be done when buying this 4 in 1 car seat.

Feels safe, fits great and is perfect for my toddler
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little one is 23 months old, and this seat has been a perfect fit for her. It’s slim and that is a huge win for us as it fits really well in our backseat and gives us more room, which is especially helpful when we have other passengers and another car seat (booster) in the back. I received the All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat for free from Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review and we use it and really love it!
It was very easy to install and adjust, it was really quick to set up and simple to get the right fit for my toddler. The straps were easy to tighten, and I could tell right away she was safe and comfy.
Right now, she’s forward-facing, and I love that this seat will grow with her. We can keep using it as she gets bigger and even when she needs a booster. It saves us from having to buy another seat later, which is really nice and gives me one less thing to worry about.
The sun canopy is great as keeps the sun out of her eyes and helps her nap on long drives. The seat feels really sturdy and has good padding.
One thing I didn’t like is the side head protection. It feels a bit stiff and hard to adjust, and to me, it seems a little too narrow. I wish had a bit more space, however I understand that it helps protect the head better, which is a good thing!
Still, the car seat has everything we need: it’s easy to use, comfy for my daughter, saves space in the car, and we can use it for years. I’d definitely tell other parents to check it out if they want a good, safe seat.

Versatile Car Seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I must say, this car seat has been pretty impressive so far.
Pros- The design of the car seat seems well thought out and sturdy. We have four kids and this is the slimist car seat we've had so far. It fits and installs seemlesly in our mini van without any issues. Installing it was quite simple, especially compared to other car seats we've used in the past. It even has cup holders, which my toddler enjoys utilizing all the time.
In regards to the seat modes, it definitely gets the job done in every layout. We are currently utilizing the back facing mode for my toddler, but my newborn and 4 year old also were able to fit in it perfectly fine. My four year old said it felt nice and comfy! My newborn didn't scream when I put her in, so that's a good sign.
Additionally, it is also very easy to clean! That's a huge plus for me because of how gross car seats can get. Being able to easily wipe down this car seat is a game changer.
Cons- There are quite a lot of pieces to keep track of, which comes with the territory of being a 4 in 1 car seat. The price, if I had to pay for it, does seem a little high. But when you consider the fact that a newborn can utilize it for many years, the price becomes justifiable.
All in all, I struggled to find many cons for the car seat. The pros, as you can tell, we're plentiful. I would recommend this car seat to anyone looking for a solid car seat that brings a lot of value for the price. Thanks again to stellar panel for allowing me to try out this awesome product!

Slim high quality car seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve really enjoyed using this car seat for my 18 month old and plan to continue using it rather than a similar version from a competitor’s brand that I’ve previously used. It was fairly easy to install, not much more involved than a typical convertible seat these days. The cup holders were a little difficult to get on, but thankfully you only have to do that once. The cup holder accessory was a nice addition, as was the sun shade, although I think that would only be useful for an infant. I also enjoy the ease of raising the shoulder straps as my baby gets taller. The spots to hold the straps off to the side were also very convenient and easy to use when getting baby in and out. Way easier than having to match up magnets to get the straps to stick, or having to insert the clips into something to keep them out of the way. So far the straps have been easy to loosen and tighten, although the one strap did twist inside the clip on one side so I had to fix that.
The slim design is nice and similar to competitor’s versions of this seat. I like that the cup holders don’t stick out too much. I also like that this seat will be able to adapt as my child gets bigger. I could even use it for my 4 year old as the weight requirements permit his size. It has a simple, attractive design. I was nervous at first about the areas that stick out by baby’s head because they seemed very restrictive, but my toddler hasn’t seemed to care either way. My only complaint is that sometimes it can be difficult to get my baby in, because she’s rear-facing and there’s not much space between the side of the seat and the back of the car to fit her between.

All in One Solution
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have three kids that sit three across in one of our vehicles, so we definitely needed a slim fit seat! Installation actually went quite smoothly with this seat. We have used the latch system (Evenflo calls it SecureTight) in both the rear-facing and forward-facing configurations and both went well. It was easy to put in and to adjust to our kiddo's height quickly.
Compared to other forward-facing seats, I'd say this is on par with our other seats-it's comfy, keeps your child safe, and gets washed easily. But, if you're looking for a rear-facing convertible seat, this is the one for you. The canopy is such a game changer for opinionated babies/toddlers. Having the canopy for a convertible seat is SO NICE! I will say though, if you have taller kids, it may not work for as long as you'd want it to. Our kids are on the short-end, so this worked for us. It's particularly nice for the age when your kids are too heavy to lift easily in an infant car seat but before they are moved to forward facing. I think that is the spot where this seat really shines.
There were a few things I didn't like, though. The buckles are pretty hard to release. We don't use this seat in the back of our van because our child can't get these buckles off on their own without help even though they can in other seats. That's a con for us, but may be a pro for those with escape artists for children :) The straps also seem to get twisted quite a bit. It did seem to happen more at first right when I was given the seat as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but it still happens sometimes when I'm not paying attention to how I'm moving the buckles along the straps. And because of that, I'd say it's not a great seat for younger kids to get themselves buckled when they're first learning. Also, the headrest seems really narrow to me, barely wider than our child's head, but all three of our children have tried the seat, and none of them have complained, so I guess it hasn't bothered them!
I can't speak to the booster configurations, but for rear- and forward-facing car seats, I'd recommend this seat.

Great seat for the long haul
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great seat that works so well for my toddler. We got this seat right after my 2.5yo started forward facing. He's very independent and wants to be like his big brother. When we turned around his old convertible car seat, he wasn't happy. He still felt like it was a baby seat. He wanted a booster like big brother. This was perfect timing -- we received this All4Stages seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and it was a perfect match for our needs.
The seat gives my kiddo the feel of a high back booster, but with all of the protections of a fully-equipped car seat. It's easy for him to climb into himself and has great accessible cupholders. Safety-wise, we love the head support. He feels really well protected in the seat.
Overall the seat has a nice high-quality feel. My only gripe is with the chest clip. I find it a bit hard to use, though I'm hoping once the plastic is worn in a bit it won't take so much force to undo.
This slim fit is really nice because my husband's car gets quite tight in the back seat. I actually think we'll be able to utilize the middle seat of his car now more than in the past. My kid is in the 99%+ percentile and seems to still have plenty of room to grow with the seat as well. We're hopeful that this will really be the last seat that we have to buy him since it converts to booster mode!

One car seat to rule them all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and wow, did I enjoy the upgrade.
The car seat is so easy to install, even with the various ways you do it. And honestly, that was one of the best things. The fact this seat will be able to with my kids from now until almost 10 years old as a booster seat. It’s incredible! The way it can adjust to fit almost any age of child is really wonderful and has made it very valuable to us.
We thought adjusting to the different modes and changing pieces were easy to remove, or add back in if needed for each child. It was also relatively easy to install next to the other car seat and still gave some elbow room for a passenger in the back. To be honest, even my oldest son was commenting on the quality of this car seat to the previous one we used. The belts and clasp system were smoother and more convenient to reach while fitting him comfortably, and the cup holder with snack area was also a favorite. While the canopy hasn’t been used extensively yet, my son will grab it when the light gets in his eyes or if he seems to be needing a nap on a road trip.
Overall, this is a wonderful car seat and we are excited to have it holding our babies for the next 10-15 years!

Perfect seat for limited space backseats
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this car seat is a great slim design option if you need either 3 car seats across or have a small backseat. For our use, it makes the middle seat passenger feel less squeezed in between two giant seats, which was a big plus. My kids are forward facing so we didn’t need to use the sunshade but I love that it’s a feature for early stages unlike most convertible seats I’ve tried. The added snack tray that fits in the cup holder is mine and my children’s favorite feature! The main complaint from my children is the tight squeeze, which is expected given the slim design. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat.

Excellent Car Seat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We found this carseat to be a great fit for our families needs!
First off, the slim design is a HUGE benefit that takes up a small amount of space! ;) This carseat is in a truck where there is also another carseat. As the parent that has to occasionally ride between the two carseats, the slim design is a major plus!!!!!
Second...let's talk about installation and adjustment. From taking it out of the box to having the seat fully installed took literally just a few minutes! I don't know if we're just getting good at this after so many years, or if this seat is really that easy but I have to give the seat at least some of the credit! Also, making adjustments to the seat were very simple. I intentionally waited until after the seat was installed before removing any infant accessories or making adjustments to the seat belt/buckle. Removing the infant head cushion was very easy as was adjusting the seat buckle at the bottom of the seat. Both took just a few seconds!
Comfort and accessories...I thought the seat appeared to be very plush and comfortable. I like the padded headrest and how it "cradles" their head, even for an older child. The seat belt strap covers also appeared to have extra thick padding. When my daughter was riding in it we asked her how it felt and she said it was comfortable. I also liked the double cup holders, one even had an extra compartment that will hold snacks, or more than likely rocks, dandelions, tire chips from the playground or any other random thing my child picks up along the way. :)

Awesome convertible seat with long-term use!

I currently have an 18-month old that we’ve placed in this seat, and he seems to be perfectly comfortable riding in it! We just took a 4-day long road trip across the country, and he stayed content in his seat. The adjustable headrest (needs to be placed at install) is perfect since he is growing like a weed and made his seat a great, cozy spot for him rest along the way during nap windows. Here are a few reasons why my husband and I are big fans of this seat:
One, the installation instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, and the process was quick (using the LATCH system). I love that this car seat is built with indicators to ensure you have everything placed correctly and safely; this always eases my mom anxiety, as I know it is common to make safety mistakes when installing a car seat. The rear facing canopy! Wow, I wish we always had this! Our little guy is constantly struggling with the sun in his face on car rides, so this is a total game changer for keeping him happy to rest or read in the backseat. The slim fit — we are expecting our second baby in just a few months, so we will have two convertible seats in our backseat within the next year. This seat lives up to its name and does not take up too much space and we have no worries about having two toddler seats in our car.
Overall, the only things I think could have been designed a bit better are the clips and buckles; they are not super easy to unclip one-handed, which I’d prefer as a soon-to-be two-under-two mom.

Comfortable Convertible Car Seat

My two year old son is currently in the rear-facing position and here is a review of how it’s been working for us!
One thing that really spoke to us with this car seat is the longevity, providing excellent value for money! The ability to use this seat through all four stages makes it an investment that will last for years, which is extremely cost efficient in the long run. My little one usually naps during car rides and the reclining options and customizable headrest ensure his head doesn’t fall sideways during car-time nape naps. The padded headrest and seat offer a snug and comfortable fit, and the harness system adjusts easily as well. The installation was mostly straightforward with latch connectors, which was great for me (6 months pregnant with our second one).
Somethings I did not like about the car seat were its size and weight. Due to its multi-stage design, this car seat can be bulky and might take up more space than other models. Even though it’s advertised as “slim,” I did not find it to be as slim or narrow as I was expecting. It is also heavier than some single-stage car seats, which can make it more challenging to transfer between vehicles.
All in all, the Evenflo All4Stages Slim+ 4-in-1 Convertible Car Seat is a fantastic option for parents looking for a seat that will grow with their child. Easy to Install, Sleek Design for Small Car
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This will be our fourth car seat for our little one. We’ve had an infant Graco, full size Graco, and a hand-me down Britax. I was looking for a slimmer solution, as I have a two door coupe so room is pretty tight in the backseat.
Installation: love love love the quick install guide! It was super simple and straight forward to install. The only thing I wish was more clear, was how to unbutton the padding to access the belt paths. I was worried I was going to pull the wrong thing.
Due to the size of my car, we are forward facing so I didn’t get to try the rear facing mode. However, once I saw the rear facing canopy included I was wishing we had this car seat from the start! We always had an issue with the sun in our baby’s face, so that would have been so awesome to use. My little one seemed very excited to jump into her new seat, and she can be very particular with comfort so I was very pleased she didn’t have any complaints!
Adjusting to my child’s size was very easy, and the instructions were very clear on what needed to be changed in accordance to the mode selected. My child does not do well with the cupholders since they are usually just out of reach, so I was very pleased that they are easy to install AND remove.
I also was very impressed with the clear storage of the parts that weren’t in use. You can tell that the instructions were made with long-term use in mind.

Great seat to grow with your kiddo!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kiddo recently outgrew her infant seat, so I was glad to have the Evenflo All4Stages slim car seat to try, which I received the car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
Things I loved: The car seat design is very attractive and neutral enough to fit any car interior aesthetic. I have a compact SUV and the car seat fit nicely (while in rear-facing mode) in my back seat without "squishing" the front passenger seat. My car also doesn't have built-in sun shades in the car windows, so having the retractable sun shade built into the car seat was an awesome feature to keep the sun out of my kiddo's eyes. The only watch-out with the sun shade is that my kiddo does like to grab and pull things so I'm not sure if she might do that with the sun shade eventually. While I didn't use the infant cushions, they seemed really soft and comfortable. I also appreciated the removable cups and snack holder tray!
I'm terrible at car seat installation and always need my husband's help, but he didn't think it was very difficult or complicated. I'm on the petite side, so the car seat was a bit heavy for me to lift into the car, but since I don't plan on moving it, that won't be an issue.
I only have two issues with the car seat: One is that the chest clip is a little bit harder to push open/release (and was difficult for my arthritic mother to maneuver), but I think I could get used to it with practice. Additionally, the fabric piece that covers the harness release doesn't leave a lot of room for larger fingers to grasp onto the release and took some wiggling around to get it to release.
All in all, it's a nicely designed and built car seat and I love that my kiddo can use it for years to come!

Everything you need!

All You Need In One Car Seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off, I did receive this car seat as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel but in all truth, this car seat is really everything you need, put into one. Even though the car seat is somewhat bulky because of the 4 in 1 design, the fact that it’s slim is so helpful especially in a SUV that has only one back row with 3 seats.
It was very easy to install rear facing with just having to click in the belt latches to either side on the seat of the car. Setting up the entire car seat was fairly easy as everything was labeled and the instructions were super clear. The cup holders are great and there was also an item that seemed like a little tray that you can click into any of the cupholders so your child can have a snack. I was so surprised to find that it even has a canopy cover for shade! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that in car seats that aren’t specifically infant carriers. The sun shade is extremely helpful to help cover up any sun that shines in my baby’s face. Overall the safety and comfort that the car seat provides for my child is everything I could have asked for and more.

This is a great option for first time parents!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I switched out my old car seat for this one and we used my old car seat for our third car which didn’t have one before! This car seat is definitely an upgrade and is so great, I truly think if you are a first time parent this is the car seat to get. The ease of set up and all the instructions are really what I love about it. On the actual car seat itself, there is a bunch of tips when setting it up. I love how it has the bubble level as the other carseat we have just has a sticker that you have to eye with the ground to make sure it’s level and it seems like you’re just kind of guessing. This one I was confident was level and where it needed to be. I also really love how it tells you the height and weight limit for each different modes right on the car seat. That to me was game changing. My son is 20 months now but when we first started using the other car seat I had no idea what the height or weight limit was. It is also a similar design to this one where it grows with the child. I scoured the instruction manual and finally found a weight limit of 40 lbs for rear facing but never found a height limit. I felt like I was kind of guessing by keeping him rear facing because he is only 30 lbs. he’s a tall kid so I was worried it wasn’t right since he is 36 inches already. With this new car seat I actually have confirmation that he is ok to stay rear facing. Another thing I really like is how slim it is and it seems to take up less room. With rear facing car seats it always seems like the front seat has to be up so high in order to give it enough room. After switching car seats we were actually able to move the front seat back an inch or two and there’s more room in the front now. I think it’s because it’s not as reclined as the other one had to be. I believe that has something to do with the level as well because you put the bubble in the different area that correlates to the weight of your child. So if this was a younger child it still would need more room but since my son is over 22lbs it doesn’t need to be as reclined. The other car seat had one recline setting for rear facing and that was it. Another great thing is the instructions on the actual car seat of how the straps should fit your kid. As a first time parent that had no experience with kids before I had no idea the proper way my child should be seated and buckled in the car seat. I remember frantically post partum trying to research the proper way to have him in the car seat and I had a hard time finding the correct answer. This car seat literally tells you where the straps should sit at the shoulders and how the bottom buckle should not be underneath him. I just feel like this car seat was so straight forward and I wish I had it starting out, it would have saved me a lot of google searches and worry lol. Overall, this car seat is well worth the great price and I would recommend this to any new parents and any parents in general. It’s a great design and it’s beautiful as well with it being all black which fits a lot of vehicle styles. The canopy is a great added feature as well and I wish I would have had it with a newborn to give peace of mind they weren’t in the sun. 100% get this car seat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seller product testing panel was nice enough to let me try the All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat. I loved the slim design and it fit great in my backseat. I did not have any issues installing the car seat because it came with a link that shows you step by step and how you can use the car seat for every stage. It believe it’s not easier to install alongside other passengers or car seat because it’s a bit heavy but, it’s not too crazy and it won’t be removed from the car so it’s fine. I LOVE the fact this car seat has four modes and can grow with my child for a LONG time which is a plus. I feel like it fit my son needs because not only does it have two cup holders but, it also has an attachment for snacks. I am still trying to learn about the adjusting the car seat because I pulled the straps tight so it doesn’t really move. It still fits my kid properly. I do believe the headrest part is a bit snug. It is doing what it’s suppose to do by protecting my kid and his head but, sometimes he does get a little upset I guess because he feels a little too enclosed near his head. The feature that stood out to me the most was the canopy which is a cute gesture but, I had issues installing it because the holds was not very visible. I also loved the snack attachment. If you are a mom you know you need to have snacks and drinks while on the road with kids to keep them entertained and full. I believe my son is comfy in it and it has a lot of pads which I ended up removing one to give him a little more room and during the instructional videos it told me to also do so. This is a great car seat the only reason I did mark a 4 was due to the headrest part being a little too snug which is sort of silly because like I stated it’s doing its job but, when you are traveling with kids they want to feel like they have more room. Another downfall was the fact that it’s super heavy but, I guess it’s heavy because it last FOREVER! You can break it down for every age up until your kid needs a boaster which is a game changer and saves you tons of money!

Love the slim design and ability to use for years to come
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very fortunate to receive this car seat from Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so pleased with it! My 2-year-old was desperately in need of a new car seat since we were still using a hand-me-down from her older sister that did not have nearly as many features as this model. I love the slim design, especially since I have two kids in car seats. Previously, the back middle seat of my car was rendered useless, but now there is actually enough room for a passenger to sit between both kids' seats. I really appreciate all the padding on the seat around the belt restraints. My 2-year-old appeared to be very comfortable. She is still rear-facing, and it's very reassuring to know that I will not have to turn her around to be forward facing anytime soon for lack of leg room.
Like my previous car seat, this one features two cup holders with an additional snack tray (not pictured as I did not have a need for it). The car seat also includes a sun shade that I did not feel necessary because the window is already tinted, but I suspect many parents will appreciate the option. As someone who feels "less is more," I'm glad that these extra accessories are optional. I can't speak to how the car seat performs when forward facing or converted to a booster since my child is too young, but I am absolutely thrilled that I'll be able to use it for many years as she continues to grow and never have to buy another car seat. This is huge! When I was a first time mom buying my first car seat, a feature like that never occurred to me, and I was so annoyed when I had to go out and buy a booster seat for my older child. It's amazing to know that I am done with car seat purchases forever!
The only negative that I will say about this car seat is that the instructions could have been clearer for initial setup and installation, and it took a while to find the perfect adjustments for my child's height and weight. She is tall for her age so the straps and height of the seat had to be reconfigured. However, I suspect this is typical for a car seat that is designed to grow with your child for several years. Now that the car seat is installed and configured to my child's needs, it feels extremely sturdy and safe, which is so important to me. The restraints and buckles are so easy to adjust, tighten, and loosen which makes it easy to get my child in and out. Overall I am so happy with this car seat and thrilled that I'll be able to use it for years to come!

Love the slim fit!

The slim fit design seems better than other slim car seats I have seen, I don’t feel like safety is lacking in any way because of it. The different modes are great, I was able to do a fit test for an infant which she fit comfortably and looked very secure. I am currently using it for a toddler, and he fits in perfectly as well! I love the canopy for some added protection against the sun and elements. The install was easy, and adjusting to fit his size was also a breeze. Overall, we’re happy with the seat and the design so we can fit additional children in the car easily!

My baby loves this car seat!

I have a one year old who was getting too heavy to lift in and out of the car in their infant car seat and so this car seat came just in time! It is well built, with lots of comfy padding for baby, and true to its name-slim fit! I was able to put it together quickly and install it into my vehicle with ease. I was surprised at how much room there was left in the back seat and between the car seat and the front seat.
While I was putting the cupholders in place on my kitchen floor, my baby crawled in and didn’t want to get out. Every car ride we’ve been on she gets extremely excited to get in her seat and comfortable rides and enjoys the car seat. In rear facing position, the guides and levels are helpful in making sure she is in optimal position. The shade feature is also wonderful since most convertible car seats don’t have that as an option. We have loved this car seat and would suggest it to all our friends with babies. We look forward to being able to use it for 10 years while it grows with her.

Great Alternative for Compact Solution
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've tested a few car-seats over time between both our older child and our now-toddler. We also have a compact car, while my husband is also 6ft tall. This usually means he needs to be the driver or we're pretty scrunched up otherwise. We currently have a pretty compact convertible car seat but when we had the chance to test the Slim+, we were super excited.
The slim design was a PERFECT alternative that gave me some space to get in the backseat if my toddler needed me for any moment of time. But the best part -- which funny enough was the FIRST thing my husband noticed and mentioned when we took the car seat out of the box -- was the LATCH. He loves himself a quick latch and that's something he's missed ever since we moved away from our infant seat lol. He was so excited about testing the car seat out for this very reason and install was a breeze.
The car seat itself is very thought-out especially for the price tag. The entire thing feels very sturdy (and honestly is a bit too heavy for lugging around in an airport for travel in case you were looking for that) and feels very safe. The material is comfortable and there's enough cushioning for all stages. The directions were simple and the cup holder + snack tray was such a solid touch. Our toddler climbed into it right away and enjoyed sitting in it. I also really liked the sunshade portion, and honestly was something that I personally missed once we moved away from our infant seat. The extra shading was super helpful especially since our toddler loves to stick to her afternoon nap and this helps us keep her cool in addition to the window shade.
The ONLY thing that I would caveat is that as part of the "slim" features of it, it definitely does look like it could be too tight for some kids. My toddler is slim so she fits fine, but I could see it being uncomfortable if she was chubbier like how my older child was at this age.
Otherwise, very very pleased with this car seat and glad to have a solid option without having to move our child forward-facing before we prefer. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat.

One car seat that does it all and FITS!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slim 16.9-inch width of the All4Stages Slim+ made a noticeable difference in my backseat. I drive a Kia Forte, so space is pretty limited and with two kids, no one else is usually able to squeeze into the middle seat. I was pleasantly surprised to have more room with this setup than I did with the seat I used before. This streamlined design is especially beneficial for families needing to fit multiple car seats without compromising on space or comfort.
The versatility of the four modes—Rear-Facing (4–40 lbs), Forward-Facing (30–65 lbs), High-Back Booster (40–100 lbs), and No-Back Booster (40–120 lbs)—is impressive. We’re currently using the Rear-Facing mode, and it suits my son’s needs perfectly. Knowing that this seat will adapt as he grows gives me peace of mind and eliminates the need to buy multiple car seats over the years. Considering it goes all the way up to a no-back booster and comes at a great price point, it’s honestly a steal.
Installation was straightforward, thanks to the SecureTight system, which provides a secure install with up to 50% less effort. Adjusting the 12-position headrest and the no-rethread harness is simple and can be done one handed, which makes it easy to get a snug, safe fit as my child grows. I did struggle a little getting my hand into the belt path when installing with the seatbelt, but once I pulled it through from the opposite side, it was a breeze and much less of a headache. I definitely recommend installing this seat first before placing the others. I also love that there are clips to hold the LATCH connectors in place no more dangling straps getting in the way like with other car seats I’ve used in the past.
The removable canopy is a standout feature and it does a great job shielding my child from the sun during rear-facing rides, and I honestly wish more convertible car seats offered something similar. My son loves pulling it down, especially when he wants to hide from his sibling and avoid interaction. The multiple recline options allow for optimal positioning and comfort, which is a big plus on longer rides. The removable snack tray is super convenient for on the go snacking, and my son can actually reach the cup holders easily which something we struggled with in previous seats where they were too far to reach.

Great Seat with Cool Features

This seat has some really cool features - the sun shade, for example, is a real game changer. In general, the seat feels sturdy and is obviously of good quality. Peace of mind for sure, right out of the box! Installation was simple and pretty standard in the realm of car seats. I really love that the seat can last for YEARS based on the multiple configurations available. That feature alone really adds to the overall value.
I only have two minor gripes with the design. The first is that the seat sits a bit too upright. What that means for us is that when my kiddo falls asleep in the car, his head slouches forward in a way that is less than ideal. The second is that the chest strap seems to get twisted very easily.
Overall though, this is a very nice car seat with great features. I'd definitely recommend!

Super Slim Seat with Comfy Canopy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I’m thrilled that I did! For my 23 lbs 14 month old, I was able to put the seat at its most upright rear facing incline, and it was about the same size front to back as the other slimmest seats on the market. We really need slim front to back seats since we are a tall family with limited space between seats, so I was thrilled to find another seat that gave us the room we needed.
It was easy to install with the anchors, and has easy to view level indicators. The canopy is a great addition, since there aren’t many canopies available after infant seats, and we live in Los Angeles, where the sun is strong all year. My son seemed very comfortable with the canopy up and no sun in his eyes.
My only concern is that with the cover over the harness release button, it is very very difficult to loosen the harness straps. I know it’s useful to keep crumbs out of the mechanism, but I’d rather be able to loosen the straps easily and clean the harness button out myself. It’s also a little difficult adjust the harness height. I find my other car seats are much easier to quickly adjust. But, if I leave the harness as is, then the seat functions perfectly well.
Both of my children are rear facing, but I’m glad I have a seat that we can keep for a long time, all the way through the backless booster stage. It’s an incredibly versatile seat, that I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a slim car seat that grows with their child.

Pros and Cons
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this car seat in my small SUV with my 18 month old who is still rear-facing. There are a lot of things I like about this car seat. The slim design leaves plenty of space for me to comfortably fit two passengers in the back seat. And despite the slim design, it still feels quite sturdy and comfortable. The material feels nice and it’s well padded, especially on the harness, buckle, and headrest. I thought the head panels actually seemed too large and padded for my son’s size, but he seems comfy and unbothered.
One drawback is that I found this car seat to be more difficult than others to install. I installed it rear facing with the latch system and it took me a little while to figure out all the adjustments, and I had a hard time tightening the latch strap. Also, in rear facing mode my son doesn’t have much leg room (he’s on the tall side), and it’s a bit of a tight squeeze to get him in and out of the seat. But on the plus side, it’s super smooth and easy to tighten the harness. After fighting and strong arming with other car seat harnesses, this is a major plus to me. I can get a proper tightness and harness position every time.
Also, the cup holder cover is a nice feature. It gives my son a bit more reach and access to things - one cup holder can hold his water while the covered side is a little surface for toys (or it would hold a few little snacks easily too).
I really like that this seat will grow with my son, and although it’s a bit tight right now in rear facing mode, I think this will be our preferred car seat once he’s ready to switch to forward facing. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this car seat!

Toddler Carseat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my child and don’t want him to grow up faster than he needs to, but I can’t wait for the day I can be done with car seats. Once I have a car seat installed in my car, I never touch it again. I received the All Stages Slim Car Seat from Stellar Products and I had to eat those words.
This was so simple to install and fit seamlessly in the backseat of my car. It’s typically hard for the person next to the car seat to reach the seatbelt buckle, but with this slim design, that isn’t a problem anymore because it is visible for the other passengers.
The head piece of the car seat looked a bit big and clunky and my 3 year old said he didn’t like it. I watched him fall asleep shortly into his first ride with the car seat. It gave me a lot of comfort to see him sleep and not have his head bent in a goofy position. He seemed so much safer and supported than I had seen before.
We tend to take a lot of road-trips and I can see this being our new go-to car seat.

Great option for growth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been needing a slim car seat for our van. With a bunch of kids, space is important. I had been using what claimed to be a slim seat but this one measures almost an 1.5 inches slimmer! I was so excited! I was concerned that my son wouldn't fit in it. I am using it for my 6 year old. He fits just fine though. The head space is a bit tight. I wish there were a way to widen it a little, but he doesn't seem to mind. While I am not using the canopy, I love that option! I also really like that it has a slit so you can still see the level while the canopy is on to assure proper usage. Another thing I really like is that the material in the seat portion is sewn together. The seat he was using before wasn't sewn so crumbs would go between the material all the time. This seat is easier to clean in that way. I like the cup holders as well. They attach in such a way that a kid probably isn't pushing them out. They are secure. The snack tray attachment is cool as well! I like that the chest clip has a reminder on it to put it at armpit level. So many forget that! One con I have is that the chest clip doesn't feel as secure as his last seat, although it is secure. I'm not concerned about his safety, it just feels different. Another is that while it is slim, and I like that, it does feel tighter and I'm not sure how long my son will fit in it as far as width goes. But, that's okay because I have a son younger than him that will use it when he's done. Overall, I like this seat and will continue to use it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a slim seat that works for a variety of ages. Slimmer but no sacrifice on comfort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The All4Stages Slim+ definitely gave us an inch or two more legroom rear facing and several additional inches for passengers in the backseat. My 90th percentile height toddler was very comfortable! We both loved loved the sunshade - why does every car seat not have this!
Materials feel high quality and it was easy to adjust the strap height and reclining position, set up, etc. I would recommend to anyone with space concerns and plan to fly with it next month.
I did find getting my son in and out slightly more awkward than our old larger car seat, and the straps required untwisting more often. These were minor annoyances given the extra space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat as part of the Stellar Product Testing panel. It's a great car seat that offers a lot of features and comforts. We used it in the rear facing position. The easy latch installation system works as expected, making it quick and easy to get the seat installed. The slim profile helps it fit nicely in smaller SUV backseats - taking up less space than other convertible seats in its class.
There is plenty of padding and support to keep small kiddos comfrotable and safe, and the infant insert helps with snigging them up even more. Buckles and latches were easy to use, especially when undoing the seatbelt, as some models are more difficult to unclip the child.
I did feel like the seat incline took a little adjusting to get right, and at some times felt that the angle was just a little too upright for maximum comfort for the little one.
All in all, great car seat, would recommend, based on slim profile, ease of installation, and overall use.

An affordable, safe car seat option

Upon first receiving the seat, I noticed it was lightweight enough for me to easily unload it from the box and carry it to my car. The car seat comes with clear directions and weight recommendations for how you should be properly utilizing the car seat for your child. My child weighs 46 pounds so we opt to face the car seat forward. With this seat you have the option of using it in multiple ways! Front facing, rear facing and also as a booster seat for children 40-100lbs. It is really great to have a seat that allows so much transition, as purchasing new products can become so costly for my family. Though my son is not sitting in a booster yet, it is nice to know we will not need to purchase a new seat when the time comes. I also was pleased to see that the car seat has two cup holders and comfortable padding. We are always bringing snacks and drinks along with us, so we don't need to worry about where to safely store a drink! The seat fits nicely in my smaller sized suv. We are hoping to have another child soon, so it is a relief to have a seat that is compact enough to fit another next to it. Overall, the Evenflo All4stages car seat is a great, affordable option that still looks sleek. I would recommend this seat to friends!
