Lightweight and Comfortable! Must have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was so excited to test this car seat out with baby number 2! When I pulled the Evenflo LiteMax NXT with sensor safe car seat out of the box, I was really impressed with how lightweight the car seat was. I love that it’s green and gentle fabric because it’s extremely comfortable and always a plus, when it’s safer for my baby! I do wish the canopy came down a little further for extra coverage, but still worked. The directions were very easy to follow making the install quick and hassle free. I usually have my husband do the base, but it was easy enough for me to put in my car. The feature I was most excited to try out was the sensorsafe because I’ve never had a seat with this option and it helped ease my mind with that little extra help and was easy to use the app! Overall we’ve been extremely happy with this car seat.

Evenflo LiteMax NXT Infant Car Seat with SensorSafe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start? This carseat all around gets 5 stars! I was sooo impressed with the design & ease of use. The aesthetic of the Evenflo LiteMax NXT is extremely appealing. The design of this carseat is unmatched. Sleek & not too bulky. My favorite safety feature is the SensorSafe feature, it's such an amazing addition. This feature totally gave me a peace of mind, letting me know immediately in real time if my little one was too hot or too cold while on the go. I also loved loved the fact that it also tells you when baby has been in the carseat for too long. At first I was a little overwhelmed with the installation but once I read the manual, it was a seamless install. It was extremely easy to adjust to the fit of my little one. The fabric of this carseat, just wow!! I wish I could just sit in it myself lol. The Green & Gentle fabric is eco friendly & super gentle on my little one's skin. With my baby boy having sensitive skin, I was definitely concerned on how his skin would react. But I was totally blown away when I didn't see a reaction at all. The plush insert is so so soft and comfortable. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat!! I LOVE IT!!!

The Evenflo LiteMax NXT Infant Car Seat with SensorSafe is one of the most amazing inventions ever! It gives peace of mind while on the go with my baby! It is so easy to set up and hassle free in my opinion! I love how it looks and it is super comfy and easy to adjust for my child! It doesn't break your back when carrying it which is great because I'm always carrying other items when on the go. My favorite safety feature is the alerts that you can and will receive while on the go such as an unlatched harness! Make sure you pull the tab on the sensorsafe for it to work! (I attached picture.) The app is super easy to set up. I love how the material doesn't hurt my child's sensitive skin. The level design is brilliant instead of the standard bubble. This carseat is a high quality carseat that I think all families would benefit from! It honestly gives peace of mind while on the road and helps with my postpartum anxiety.

All around a great car seat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall love this car seat! The fabric is super soft and comfortable for my newborn. My favorite safety feature is the ability to check the temperature especially with it being super hot outside. It was easy to install and set up. The evenflo app is very convenient to use (it took me less than five minutes to set up) and I enjoy the ability of getting updates knowing the buckle is clipped. I also really enjoy that there is a tie to keep the extra adjustable seatbelt length off of the floor. I’m super happy with this car seat! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat.

This car seat is SO COOL!!! I had never once considered a company making a “smart” car seat but what a great idea for nervous parents!
This car seat has a sensor in the chest clip alerting you if it’s unlatched, if it’s too hot or too cold, if you walk away and leave baby in car and if its been 2 hours. Honestly, it’s just enough information to ease my mind without being overwhelmed.
Installation was about mid-level. Fussing with the latch hooks was a bit of a workout. Also, putting the car seat in the base was a bit of a jolt which woke up a sleeping baby sometimes.
The fabric was soft and I loved how cushy baby was in the seat. Baby also didn’t cry at all and I think the angle of the seat was comfy with her reflux.
As someone who works with premature infants, I also LOVE that this goes down to 3 pounds. It’s so hard for parents to find to a seat often, and I’ll be sure to recommend this to NICU parents.
The app was SO easy. The set up took me about 1 minute and the user interface was both pretty and straightforward.
I def would recommend this car seat!

Safe, Comfortable, and Easy to Use!

The headrest is super easy to adjust with one hand, and it fits my baby snug and secure without any hassle. The SensorSafe feature is awesome! It sends alerts to my phone if the car gets too hot, if baby’s been buckled in too long, or if the chest clip comes undone. It’s such a relief knowing I have that extra layer of safety. Installation was a breeze. The LockStrong system made sure it was locked in tight, and the fabric feels soft and comfy. Overall, I’m really happy with this seat. It’s safe, comfortable, and easy to use... definitely a solid choice!

Great car seat and peace of mind!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Evenflo LiteMax NXT Infant Car Seat with SensorSafe from Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was really excited to test out this car seat for my newborn and I am super impressed!
The SensorSafe was what peaked my interest in this car set. As a new mom, I am always keeping a close eye on my baby and making sure he is always safe. The SensorSafe buckle connects right to my phone on the Evenflo app and sends critical notifications such as unsafe temperature, increased time in seat, unclipped belt, and unattended child. It makes me feel good about if my baby is safe when we’re out and about.
The Green and Gentle material feels high-end and gives me peace of mind that my child’s skin is safe and he feels comfortable. The seat itself is somewhat lightweight, it is not as light weight as some of the other car seats on the market. It did feel a little too heavy for me to lift after having a c-section.
The seat was very simple to set up and the instructions were very straight-forward. The SensorSafe was very simple to connect to the app. The app is easy to negotiate, set up notifications, and add family members. I also liked being able to customize the seat to my car and child. I did find the straps easier to adjust compared to other car seats which was important to me and I was able to adjust quicker than other car seat models.
Overall, I think this car seat is a really great option for moms who are looking for a high-quality, safe, and affordable car seat! I feel very comfortable using this car seat for my newborn knowing he will be safe and cozy when we take him out.

I recommend this car seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I took this car seat out of the box my first impression was how sleek and luxurious the design was. It feels high quality and expensive. It is also lightweight and less bulky than previous infant car seats I have used - this is a great feature especially when you’re post partum and have lifting restrictions. It also makes it easier to get in and out of the car, especially when you also have a toddler, diaper bag, groceries, etc to carry. Besides safety, my next biggest concern with a car seat is how eco friendly and non toxic it is. I love how this car seat is made with recycled plastic bottles and has no added chemicals or flame retardants. This is important to me because I live in a rural area where just the grocery store is 40 minutes away so my baby is in the car seat for an extended amount of time. No added chemicals gives me peace of mind that my baby isn’t being exposed to that. SensorSafe is another unique feature that this car seat offers. It eases my anxiety knowing I will be alerted if the clip is unbuckled, if it’s an unsafe temperature, or if baby needs a break from the car seat. It’s especially helpful when I’m alone on longer drives. The mobile app works well and is easy to set up. My little one is almost 4 months old and 11 pounds and he is so comfortable in this seat due to how cushiony and soft the material is. The weight limit of 30 pounds and height limit of 32 inches also assures me that I will get a lot of use from this car seat. Installing and adjusting the seat to fit my little one was very easy and hassle free. My husband and I love how the level indicator on the base is either red or green so you do not have to question if the recline and level is safe. Love the peace of mind this seat gives!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This car seat is the bomb. We got to try it out as part of the Stellar product testing panel, and I would never have chosen a Bluetooth connected car seat because it seems gimmicky, but actually it is SUCH a cool safety feature. The chest clip is connected to an app on my phone, so if I park my car and walk away from it while the chest clip is still closed it sends me very urgent notifications to check on my baby! It’s supposed to also do that if the temperature is too hot or cold, though I haven’t had that happen to experience it fortunately. But even when I’m just unloading groceries at my house, it has reminded me the baby is in there and I have such a peace of mind from that because I know if (God forbid) I ever left her in the car, I wouldn’t make it far! So that is an amazing feature.
The seat itself is super nice, with plush, comfy fabric and an easily adjustable head rest. It’s the perfect softness and cushiness to take a newborn home in, but durable enough for my rowdy 6 month old! I love how well made it is but also super lightweight, and it works with my swiveling base and travel system. The base it came with is also SO easy to install, even compared to other types of Evenflo bases I’ve used in the past. I’m such a big fan of this NXT line!
The one feature I don’t love about it is the straps, they’re kind of thin compared to other seats I’ve used and they tend to flip/fold easily. It’s not really a problem but just kind of a pet peeve for me. I also wish a chest clip that was easy to clean spit up off of would be invented, but alas! Regardless I do love this car seat and will likely be looking for this feature when we are ready for a convertible seat.

Impressive car seat

I have peace of my mind knowing my baby is safe when I can’t see her because of the safety features and alerts that I can receive. The seat seemed to be quite secure and didn’t move around as much as our other infant carseat. I was able to quickly install the seat and easily adjust to my baby’s size. The material is more breathable than our other infant carseat. This is a plus because my baby sometimes has a sweaty back after being in the seat for a while. We used this seat on a 8 hour drive and baby didn’t not get hot. Also, the cushions on the straps are more plush and comfortable for baby. Overall, I like that the seat is lightweight, safe, sturdy, and comfortable for baby.

Luxe-feeling seat at affordable price with bonus safety features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this seat through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I was so excited to try it out. I've had the same carseat for many years and several babies and it was definitely time for an upgrade.
Out of the box, this seat felt way more expensive than I know the retail price is. It was basically ready to go, and setting up the SensorSafe buckle with the Evenflo app was easy, even for someone not great with technology. This seat is good for as little as three pounds and I can easily see how it would be great for teeny tiny babies. It felt very supportive and cozy, with great head support. I really appreciate the no rethread harness. My baby is closer to 16 pounds at the time of testing and I removed all the optional inserts and the shoulder straps because with them, I didn't feel I could really get a secure fit on the straps. The seat also seemed to hold her head at a more upright angle than other seats we've used which wasn't a bad thing, just something I definitely noticed and she seemed to as well.
The base was easy to install both with a belt and the LATCH connectors, and clicking the seat in and out of the base was easy.
If you are someone who is anxious or nervous at all about leaving your child in the car, making sure they're safely harnessed, this is the seat for you. The sensor in the buckle was so easy and I appreciated the notifications. This would be great for a grandparent or nanny if parents wanted to be in the loop.
I did struggle a little bit with the handle of the seat. It's fully cylindrical, without any flat spot or friction-y section, so not the most comfortable when carrying on my arm. The shade also felt a little flimsy and didn't come down as far as some other seats on the market so that wasn't my favorite.
But if you like a luxe-feeling, soft fabric, great support for a baby of any size, cool safety tech, a reasonable price point, and easy install, this is a great choice for you.

Such a great infant seat!

From the moment we unboxed it, we were impressed by its sleek, modern design and high-quality construction. The overall look is both stylish and practical, and it fits beautifully with the interior of our car.
The standout feature for us is definitely the SensorSafe technology. Knowing that we’ll get real-time alerts if our little one becomes unbuckled, gets too warm, or if we accidentally leave them in the seat gives us such peace of mind. The app easily connected to the buckle right away and was super easy to set up.
Adjusting the seat for the perfect fit was surprisingly simple. The harness is easy to tighten and loosen, and it took no time at all to get everything snug and secure. Installation was a breeze as well—Evenflo really nailed the user-friendly aspect here. We had it safely installed in under 10 minutes without any frustration.
Another thing we love is the plush, eco-friendly fabric. It’s incredibly soft and gentle on our baby’s skin, and it doesn’t feel like the usual stiff car seat material. Plus, knowing it’s made from sustainable materials is a huge bonus for our environmentally-conscious household.
Overall, we have no complaints and want to thank Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing us with this car seat! My baby was 7 lbs 5 oz and fit comfortably on the way home from the hospital and has since been riding in it with no issues. We love it!

Comfy for the infant
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a mom of 3 sons, we have dealt with car seats for the last 6 years. My baby is currently 5 weeks old and still in that tiny newborn stage. The comfort of this car seat is amazing. It fits his body and head from falling over easily. I did receive this product for free to test through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was intrigued by the sensor safe and even though I hope I would never forget to clip his chest but sometimes we think we do something and we don’t. The app would alert me to let me know it isnt clipped. The app also told me the temp. Of carseat or the car. The over all look of thr car seat was that it is made for comfort and safety for the baby and ease of worrying for the parents. The ease of install of the car seat and base into the car was simple. The straps are easily adjustable from the back if they need to be bigger for the growing child.

Solid Infant Car Seat

It has good padding to ensure a comfortable ride for your infant. Aesthetically, it looks like a regular infant car seat so nothing to rave about in the appearance department. But something that does make this infant car seat stand out is the sensor which alerts you of potentially unsafe conditions such as your baby being buckled for too long and chest clip unbuckling. These is a pretty cool feature that can truly come in handy and potentially save a baby’s life. I also love how quick the installation was. It only took me about 20 mins and this was my very first time installing a car seat myself. Lastly, the car seat is so light!! If you are in the market for a new infant car seat, this is a solid and affordable choice.

Amazing Option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about this car seat was how light it was. I make heavy kids right out the womb so finding a lightweight, easy to assemble car seat is very important. It was super easy to setup in my car using my seat latches. I also appreciated how nice & soft the fabric was which is essential for babies.
This car seat comes equipped with extra features that bring technology to the forefront. The app is easy to find & easy to use. It focuses on features that may be helpful to know & especially great when you’re in an overtired state with a newborn. Sometimes I do wonder if some information is too much information, but all of the sensor information with this seat actually is essential to know and doesn’t overdo it.
The only downside to this seat was that my stroller didn’t have an apparent accessory that worked with it.
Overall, this car seat is one that I’d recommend. I wouldn’t describe it as providing peace of mind, but it actually serves as a helpmate to parents in one of the hardest times of our lives. Very appreciated! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat.

Amazing Safety Features and good value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the LiteMax NXT with SensorSafe is a great car seat for the price and safety features/app pairing. The design is simple and streamlined, and I especially love that it allows my infant to sit in a slightly more upright position once clicked into the base. That’s been great for managing his reflux and also makes the seat feel more supportive. The car seat is super light making it easier to carry my infant, but still feels sturdy!
This carseat pairs with the Evenflo app to give real time safety alerts. Such an incredible feature. I found it super easy to use and truly adds peace of mind as a parent of an infant. The app notified me when my baby was in the seat for an extended period; and even let me know when the chest clip was unbuckled (turns out, my toddler had managed to get it open while I was waiting to put the car seat in the car! Yikes!). That alert alone made me feel more confident about keeping him safe on the go. It will also alert if the temperature is too high!
Installation of the car seat base was quick and straightforward, and adjusting the base for a proper fit was simple. I didn’t run into any major issues and appreciated that the process didn’t feel overwhelming.
The car seat fabric feels plush and comfortable, and it’s clearly gentle on my infant's skin. I love that it’s eco-friendly too—always a bonus!
The adjustable handle on the seat is easy to use and clicks into position easily. But the only real downside for me was the canopy of the carseat. It feels a bit flimsy and tends to get stuck if you push the handle all the way back, which can be frustrating when trying to adjust it one-handed.

Great Value Infant Car Seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price point, the Evenflo LiteMax NXT Infant Car Seat with Sensor Safe is amazing and a great value!
Loves:
- Plush, Eco-Friendly Fabrics: the cushions were amazingly soft and cushy. My daughter seemed really comfortable in the car seat and didn’t cry while sitting in it. It was also easy to take apart and clean (she blew out literally the first time she sat in it).
- Installation: simple and took very little time to install the base into the car. My husband found the installation to be very quick. We also found it was easy to click in the car seat into the base. Adjusting the seat for proper fit for the baby was simple and took no time at all. Love that there are
- Sensor Safe: I really like that it provides me with real time alerts about my infant such as the temperature, the baby being in the seat for too long, the baby being left behind, and unexpected chest clip unclipping.
- Size/Design: I really love how lightweight the car seat is! It makes it a lot easier to put into the base while in the car. I also love the overall size of the car seat. Being able to use the car seat from birth until my baby outgrows the weight and/or height of the car seat allows me to save money on having to upgrade quickly.
Dislikes/Could Be Better:
- Canopy: I found the canopy to be small. I wish it was more of a full coverage canopy instead of a half coverage.
- Handles: to move the car seat handles to a carrying position, I found the adjustment to be somewhat awkward and a bit wide for my small hands.
- Balance of Car Seat: my husband carries the car seat one handed usually and he found the balance of the car seat to be a little off center when carrying one handed.
Overall: I found this car seat to be of great value! My daughter sat in it very comfortably and I love the additional safety features the car seat comes with. I can’t speak for the longevity of the sensor safe since we have had the car seat for only a short time, but I do love it’s there and gives me a peace of mind.

Finding Comfort in a Car Seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Evenflo LiteMax NXT Infant Car Seat with SensorSafe feature has provided such a reassuring peace of mind when traveling with our son. First impressions, it’s sleek and straight forward design has safety and comfort in mind down to the last detail of forgiving fabric for our son’s sensitive newborn skin. Other brands have caused our son’s cheeks to get red and inflamed if he leans towards one side too long, no matter how much protective ointment we apply prior to traveling. Even if he falls asleep with his head turned, his face doesn’t break out or get irritated with this car seat’s material.
After registering the car seat on the Evenflo app, my favorite feature was the real-time notifications regarding whether the clip was unbuckled or if it was time to stop and take a break from him being in the car seat. When we have had to drive farther for his specialist appointments, this has been incredibly helpful to re-center and be mindful. Honestly, even our short family trips to the store feel less hectic.. I don’t need to frantically quadruple check to ensure everything with his seat is situated with this extra line of protection. It took us a bit of time to find our proper adjustment fit for our son, but once we figured out how to situate it best for him after securing the compatible base, the individual seat adjustments helped tremendously! Furthermore, the Evenflo app worked seamlessly with the car seat. Registering the product was so quick and easy. Stellar Product Testing Panel’s process to send this complimentary product for review led us to our new and preferred car seat.

An Easy YES!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This car seat really surprised me upon unboxing! I was expecting to see “less” for the price point but I was pleasantly surprised. The look of the car seat was great. The color is perfect and the fabric is VERY nice. If I didn’t see the brand on the car seat, I would’ve assumed it was definitely a higher price point car seat. The seat was very easy to adjust. It has similar features to all other car seats in terms of adjustments which is always a plus (not having to learn new ways to adjust things). The installation process was very easy and hassle free! A few easy snaps and you’re done! The sensor safe feature offers peace of mind that I didn’t think I needed. Once paired with the app it can even tell you the temperature in your car. I thought this was fantastic!

No more tethering hassle!

The first thing I noticed and LOVED about this car seat was that it has an adjustable back, so I didn’t have to tether the straps in and out of the car seat to find the right fit for my baby. This is my least favorite part about car seats because it takes so long and my babies grow so fast, but this was a breeze! When I pulled the car seat out of the box I was very pleased with the cushioning immediately. It’s so soft and I love that it’s eco-friendly! The color was also perfect in case we have a boy! Gender neutral! The sensor was really cool! I thought it was amazing how it would alert me immediately once my baby was buckled or unbuckled. The app was very easy to set up. I have a slight concern about the longevity of the sensor. My baby spits up a lot and almost every time she’s in a car seat. She spits up right onto the buckle. I’m not sure if that will make its lifespan shorter. I also learned that the sensor lets me know if my baby is in the car seat for too long. I had brought her to the park and she hung out in the car seat while my other girls played. I got alerts on my phone and watch about how long she had been in there, and the alert on my phone even let me know where her last location was. It was easy to silence, since I knew she was safe. This would be a great option for parents and caregiver who are concerned about forgetting their child. The car seat feels fairly narrow for my baby. She seems squished? But she still likes the car seat just fine, so it doesn’t seem to be a problem. I will also say that I struggled with installing the base. The part of the base that tells you if the base is leveled or not is very sensitive and can take a little while to install. But overall, the adjustable back and straps makes it an awesome purchase!

Excellent car seat, but not compatible with strollers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I want to say I have this Evenflo sensor car seat as well as the Evenflo Pivot system. So I'll compare the two a bit. This sensor system carseat is like the Lamborghini of car seats. It's plush, comfortable, highly (and incredibly easily) adjustable, ahead of the market features etc. It's really just a nice car seat. So comfortable. Keeps baby safe with the sensor to let me know if he's too hot (which is fantastic as I live in the deep south where its incredibly hot) or been in the carseat too long or left unattended etc.
My baby spits up a lot in his pivot carseat. He doesn't spit up in this sensor carseat. Something about the way his tummy gets pressure, he's got reflux pretty bad. Whatever the case, this carseat is magic for my baby's reflux. Doesn't aggravate it.
The irritating thing about this, is that even though you have the same brand stroller and base and everything else, they're not compatible if they're not in the direct family. It's irritating. I don't want to have to buy a whole new system just because I'm upgrading the carseat. I love the Evenflo brand, but I wish they'd consider making their strollers more universal to their carseats. That's really my only complaint on this. It's a wonderful carseat, and I'm incredibly thankful to have gotten it as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Lightweight and easy to move around
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to LOVE this car seat. When I first lifted it up sans baby I was so impressed by the weight of it. It was a lot lighter than my current car seat and so easy to lug around. Adding a baby obviously added some weight to it, but it was still considerably less weight. I also love the sensor clip, however at one point I clipped it back together after taking baby out and almost had a heart attack when the alarm went off on my phone notifying me that he was in the seat too long (he wasn’t, I just for some reason clipped it again after getting him out!) But what an awesome feature for sleep deprived parents!! Definitely good for peace of mind.
What I didn’t love about this car seat was the angle of baby once in the car. I feel like he was too vertical in there. I’m used to him being in a car seat that’s more horizontal where he is laying down a bit more, and this was sort of like he was sitting up (see pictures). For some reason it just made me a little nervous to drive far distances with him in there. Maybe that’s something that is safer than I realize, Or something that wouldn’t bother you though! I also couldn’t find an adapter that would connect this car seat to my stroller, so that was also a bummer.

Love the base from
ultra light and ultra comfy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using a different car seat and thought it was fine, but I was given this car seat from Stellar reviews to try in exchange for an honest review. This one is way more plush and cushy. I think my baby really likes it better as far as comfort goes. This one is also a lot lighter, and as my baby grows, I’m really appreciating not having to lift the extra poundage. The sensor that tells you if the harness is unlatched is a really cool feature. there’s a couple of things I don’t love about it. The handle fits really close to my baby's face when it is in the carrying position. This means his toy that hangs from the handle is inches from his face whereas other car seats have the handle back away from their face further. I just don’t love it because the toy now hits him in his face. Also, the other car seat did this as well, so I’m not sure if it just standard among all car seats, but when I want to move the carrying handle back-and-forth, you have to have two hands at the same time to click both buttons on either side of the handle simultaneously in order to move the handle. As a mom, this is really difficult and I’m not able to have two hands available all the time because I’m usually carrying my purse or a diaper bag or my water bottle or my keys. Again, I’m not sure if this is universal on all car seats but I find it truly frustrating. Overall I really like this car seat even though the handle angle is not optimal.

Lightweight and safe

It’s the first car seat I’ve tried with sensor safe and I am really enjoying that feature. It really gives me peace of mind to know I’ll be alerted if there is an emergency. The carseat is pretty comfortable, but I would like one that is even more comfortable, especially for a newborn. I love how light it is to carry in and out of the car. Although it wouldn’t be my first choice in choosing a car seat, overall I have been very happy with this car seat and it’s a very solid option.

Smart, safe, and so worth it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this car seat through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved it. At first, it seemed like a standard infant car seat, but the smart safety features really set it apart.
The eco-friendly fabric is soft, comfortable, easy on my child's skin and the SensorSafe technology is a total game changer—especially as a mom of three. It alerts you if your baby hasn’t been removed from the car seat after a few minutes, which gives me huge peace of mind. I tested it during a girls' night, bringing the carseat in but leaving my baby in the seat for a few minutes while he was still asleep. I got gentle but persistent reminders on my phone and apple watch until I took my baby out. You can also share alerts with another adult, which adds an extra layer of safety.
Living in Texas, I also appreciate that it tells you the temperature inside the car—super helpful for hot summers. The app was quick and easy to set up, and I love how it keeps me informed.
My only other downsides: it’s not lighter than a typical car seat, which makes carrying my big baby a workout. And I didn’t love the base clips, though that’s more personal preference. That said, installation was easy (took about 10-15 minutes), and I was even able to fit it safely in my 4 door sedan with two other slim car seats in one row.
Overall I would recommend it. It is a sleek simple design that is easy to adjust to your child's needs, with safety measures that really knock it out of the park!

Infant Car Seat from
Quality Car Seat for a Great Value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall , this carrier has been great! I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks, but here some initial thoughts.
Some of the main things I’ve liked about it thus far:
The size and weight. I’ve used another carrier that was bulkier and heavier and this one is much lighter and compact.
The padding on the shoulder straps is really well thought out. It genuinely feels like they’re very snug and comfortable while still being safe. You’ll see how the shoulder pads are nicely sized and having a pad under the buckle adds additional comfort for the baby so the buckle isn’t riding up.
The smart clasp and app is a great idea that gives you real-time alerts in case anything is off. The temperature feature is really helpful (assuming it’s accurate) as any parent is almost always concerned about their baby’s comfort.
Things I think need addressed or that aren’t that great:
The buttons on the handle to engage the preferred lock position are in a strange spot. It doesn’t feel ergonomically right for your hands when using it. It’s much easier to engage them from the backside of the carrier but after you put your baby in, I’m not thinking I should walk around to the back to lift the handle up.
I like to be able to carry the carrier around my forearm while still having the shade fully closed, but it doesn’t let you do that. You have to open it about 1/3 of the way to carry it this way. Not a deal breaker, but the shade should be a bit more pliable.
The smart clasp is nice, but I wish it worked with the bottom buckle as well. In theory, you could only click the top two pieces together (the gray portions) and not click the buckles together on the bottom and the app would tell you’ve safely buckled your baby in.
I do like the level design for the base vs. your standard bubble style you see on construction levels, but installing the base took more time than I would have liked. I do feel it’s very safe once you’ve done it, but it’s a bit cumbersome.
Overall, it’s a really great car seat for the price and features. I do feel my baby is very safe in it which is the main point you should be looking for in a carrier / car seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Evenflo LiteMax NXT infant car seat with SensorSafe through the Stellar produce testing panel. Immediately upon opening the box I thought it looked very comfortable and supportive! I loved the head/neck support and padding. My little babe seemed very comfortable. One thing I did not like right from the get go was the carrying handle adjustments on the sides as opposed to some brands have one button on the top of the carrying handle. That made a difference when my hands were full (like every mom) and I had to put everything down so BOTH hands were free. That took some time to get used to. The installation was very easy and hassle free. The car seat clicks in and out effortlessly from the base. The car seat has an app you can download that allows you to see live updates on the temperature and if/when the baby is unattended for too long. I don’t think the temperate gauge was accurate as it was either 78 or 88 no matter what. I do think the fact that it will alert family/friends (whoever you include) if you don’t respond to the “baby left in car” alert. Overall it’s a nice car seat that has some cool features, is very comfortable and padded, and comes highly recommended from me.

Evenflow Smart Carseat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This even flow car seat is like no other. I did hours hours of research for car seats and was lucky to come across this one. The smart sensor gave me peace of mind and reminders when it’s been too long and my baby needed a break. We just took our first family vacation and it was easy to get into the zone of driving, but this car seat was reassuring that our baby was comfortable and when our baby needed a stretch.
