Controls are simpler, bit that could be a good thing. I do miss the cook time feature that the other one had. But reliability was the main goal and it has that so far. Finishes great.

Almost for an industrial sheet pan, but not quite. You can put many pans together on the same level. There are 6 levels to put the racks.
I have use the conventional and the air fryer for pumpkin seeds. Beware, it went very quickly, but with the best results.
