The shelves inside the door are better than most freezers I’ve seen as they’re solid with no opening at bottom for food items to fall through. My only complaint is the fact that I can’t lock the temperature adjustment that’s on the outside door. And there’s not a door lock on this freezer model. Otherwise, I highly recommend as Frigidaire has always been a well made and long running appliance brand I’ve used many times before.

This is the second one I’ve put in my garage and other family members have them too. Never had any problems in freezing temps or hot summers outside in the garage. All are still working perfectly. The only thing that I would change would be for this model to come with one more shelf. I had to buy an extra shelf in order to take advantage or the space inside without overloading the shelves. Easy enough fix though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just had to replace our 25+ year old freezer and I wanted something bigger because I was sick of playing Tetris to get everything to fit and still having to dig in the stand up freezer to get what I want. I love to adjustable shelves. I love the bin on the bottom so things don’t get freezer burnt faster by sitting directly on the bottom. I love the door shelves and how they prevent things from falling out of the door from underneath the rail - a huge problem I had with our old freezer. It cools freshly bought food so fast and the carbon color goes beautifully with out other stainless steel appliances. I’m so happy I choose this model and color. I hope to have this freezer for many years to come! FYI to all - make sure your refrigerator and freezer are not plugged into a GFCI outlet as this severely shortens the life span of your refrigerator and freezer!
