Frigidaire Air Fried Buffalo Wings

Wings
- 3 lbs. fresh chicken wings
- 2 tbsp. avocado oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 cup Frank's RedHot Wing Sauce
- 1 stick of butter (8 tbsp.)
- 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS

- Cut wings at joint and remove flapper
- Dry wings with paper towel
- Place wings on baking tray lined with paper towel and place in refrigerator for 1 hour
- After 1 hour, remove wings and place in a gallon-sized plastic bag
- Add oil and spices to bag, and shake bag to coat wings
- Remove wings and place on dark baking sheet or a Frigidaire ReadyCook Air Fry Tray that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray
- Select "Air Fry" on the control panel of your range and cook at 450° F for 35 minutes
Buffalo Wing Sauce
- Combine all sauce ingredients in sauce pan and warm over low heat
- Place cooked wings in a large bowl, add hot wing sauce, and toss to coat
