Wow, lots to learn about cook power level, etc, but wow, clean energy and efficiency.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been on a mission to improve indoor air quality and lower my carbon footprint. This cooktop did both. I got rid of a smelly(ish) old gas cooktop, and got the bonus of boiling water for rice, pasta, etc in under a couple minutes. Less energy waste! And no gas byproducts! Easier to clean, and makes the kitchen look a little sleek. Success.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new induction cook top for several reasons. Speed in cooking less heat given off in kitchen, gas fumes , and safety issues with the flame as you get older(I set dish clothes on flame). It is so much easier to clean .

The Frigidaire Delivers. No Regrets. Just Perfect Pancakes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took a chance on this Frigidaire induction cooktop after a great experience with their French door fridge—despite a certain consumer magazine's negative ratings (ironically, the model they recommended failed three times). I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
This cooktop delivers precise, reliable performance without the noise or vibration issues some people worry about. The quality of induction-compatible cookware does make a difference, and I made sure to invest in solid pieces, knowing my existing ones wouldn’t work. That foresight paid off.
One of my favorite features is the combination burner, where I use a heavy, high-quality griddle for pancakes, eggs, and more. The results? Absolutely perfect.
All in all, this cooktop has exceeded my expectations. Safe to say it’s time to unsubscribe from that consumer magazine and trust my own experiences instead.

This works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old whirlpool cooktop needing replacing. This was delivered the next day after ordering. It works great. We like the dual burner feature. Installation was very easy, however, I did have to make the hole bigger. Grandkids can use it very easy.

New Induction Cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the new cooktop for almost a week. It is amazing how quickly a pot of water comes to a boil! It does take some getting used to on how quickly it heats a pan, so I have to remember that my food prep needs to be done first instead of doing while I am waiting for a pan to heat, like I used to do.

Exactly what we wanted.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Frididaire induction cooktop is exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was simple to install, everything fit in the original cutout for the old cooktop. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The cooktop works great and as advertised and it is simple to use. The touch controls are nice because they are part of the glass cooktop and do not protrude above the surface and work the way you expect them to, precise without being too sensitive. Water boils in large pots in half the time it takes with electric or gas cooktops. When you turn down the temperature, it happens right now. Whatever heat setting you select is where it stays and is very controllable. Great stuff.

This cooktop is wonderful so far, heat can be controlled in a way that is very similar to the gas range we replaced. We replaced a lot of the cookware we use, although items like cast iron work fine. Our water kettle is the only pot that tends to hum as it heats, but likely because it has an irregular base. Well probably replace it. We love it so far.

Advise getting a stovetop specific cleanser as it does show fingerprints and smudges but cleans nicely. Still need more time to become a skilled induction user but much better than standard radiant electric stove

Beautiful Cooktop

My experience with Frigidaire has been a great experience and the installers were quick and efficient and did a great job. This is a first time with an induction stove, so there is a little bit of a learning curve. I love the features of my cooktop. Love that this cooktop has a bridge. Looking forward to using a griddle and cooking pancakes.
