Very pleased with this product, it is extremely quiet compared to my last unit. I love the fact that it has a remote control because of my mobility issues and the ability to control it from my WiFi is an added bonus. The sleep setting will save me money on my electric bill along with its efficiency rating.

Easy install. Fit perfectly in wall sleeve from old unit. Remote and instructions are easy to follow. Haven’t set up WiFi yet, but seems straightforward to get it setup to work with talk features on Alexa.

Disappointing GE model
Very disappointed in this model. I have two air conditioners in a 650 ft.² apartment. The bedroom air conditioner is GE 8500 BTUs, the living room air conditioner, prior to this one, was also GE 12,000 BTUs. Either of my previous two air conditioners (alone) could easily cool my entire 650 square-foot Apartment and I often switched between them during the day and evenings. I had high expectations for this updated GE model. Well, it does cool as long as it’s set on cool and high, it is nothing like the previous air conditioner. I find I often have to run them both. The only advantage I find is the ability to connect it to Wi-Fi and control it by either my iPhone or voice to Alexa. Also, an advantage is the ability to set the temperature directly rather than click through one degree at a time.
