Good washer for the price
This is my first new washing machine ever I have always had used machines and so this was a treat. It washes well, the drum is huge and the only drawback is it seems to have a lot of plastic not a lot of metal holding it down when it's spinning out. I have had to hold it when it is spinning out to keep it from moving across the floor. However it does get clothes clean and I need to get used to the new noises that it makes when it changes cycles all in all I am happy with it glad to have clean laundry.

Attractive, good drain. Poor agitation and info.
It is an attractive exterior. Build quality seems good. Capacity is good. I do not like that it does not have a placard integrated into the lid that describes the functionality of each was setting for the unit. The instructions are not very explicit as to what the difference to each wash mode is. Agitation is not very impressive. Drains very well.

Machine is very noisy! There is not a fabric softener dispenser or a detergent dispenser on this model. The drum area is small. The builder provided this washing machine so I did not choose it.

Hated it! Don't buy it!!!! Gets off balance even with a small load. Brand new first 2 loads were off balance! Need to call and find out why.

Will not buy again.
Cannot adjust water level. Gets off balance often and I assume it is because of very low water level. Would not recommend buying. I would not buy this product again and sorry I bought it. It doesn't stand up to my old Kenmore. Also a very long wash cycle. Really a 2 star rating is stretching it a bit. The only reason I did not give it a 1 star is because it seems to get your clothes clean. Another downside is clothes wind up in a tangled mess. Again because of the very low water levels.
