Just had it installed and after the test wash I did a small load. I had to read the instructions on how to operate, since my old washer was 30 years old and I knew it by heart LOL Not too much difference. The clothes didn't seem to be as tangled up as in my old washer which saves on wrinkles while drying. I was very happy how it washed this load. It was colored clothes, sweat pants and sweat shirts (I am recovering from hip and femur surgery and am 77 years old) nightgowns etc. I was happy how the clothes turned out. Can't wait to wash again lol Hoping this washer lasts as long as the old one did.

Thank you. My last one was supposed to know what I needed. It didn’t. I’ll update after I use this one for awhile but so far, an old fashioned washer is the ticket!

All my appliances are GE except for my old washer (Maytag commercial ) which gave up after 18 years and a Bosch dishwasher. I bought a GE dryer last year and it has performed great. I just bought the GE washer about a week ago and it has performed great. I hope it lasts as long as the Maytag, or at least 10 years.
