An excellent microwave.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave looks beautiful in our kitchen. The stainless steel is easy to clean and I love the dark color of the interior. The controls were very easy to understand. It thawed a lb of hamburger to perfection in less than 3 minutes. The melt feature is on target as well. The lighting is bright, tha capacity is generous, and the ventilation is excellent. Everything we've cooked in it so far has been perfect. I highly recommend it. I can't wait for my stove to arrive.

Effective and Easy to Use

Great Microwave
The microwave looks great in the dark slate and matches my range. It works great and is much quieter than the other one I had. Heats the food well in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend.

Great over the range microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently replace my old Over-the -Range microwave with a new one. Both are GE. the new one fits like a glove. It has more exhaust power than the old one which I enjoy.
I would change how the "Start" and "Cook time" buttons look to make them more obvious.

Like the smudge resistant finish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The last GE lasted 20 years. This model, although installation holes were different than my former microwave was basically a remove and replace. The smudge resistant finish should give me some time back to my life.

Great microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great microwave. Needed a replacement of an older model and went with another GE and I don't regret it at all. This microwave is HUGE with a ton of options and controls. We did have it installed and it took them approximately 45 minutes. Super easy. I'd highly recommend.

Great looking microwave with many features

I'm actually looking forward to that. The controls are easy to use. Everything functions great on this microwave. I'm glad my twenty year old microwave stopped working. This GE microwave is definitely worth it's price!

Easy to install. Easy to use. Good features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've just had this microwave for a week. The installation was an easy swap with the one it replaced from a different manufacturer. The interior and under the unit lighting is dimmer than the one it replaced but still adequate. The control layout is logical and has everything you need. And the capacity and cooking features work wonderfully. Heating seems to be pretty even. And it is much quieter than the one it replaced. So far, we're very happy.

Used the potato button last night and it actually cooked the potato all the way through. We have always had to add more minutes to our previous micro to get the potato cooked through.
