This upright freezer is so spacious and the shelves and drawers are neat features. Additionally, the interior is so well lit. This makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. Electronic control on the front of door is awesome.

A Big YES To Our New GE FUF17 GE Upright Freezer
This 17.3 GE freezer has great features. The shelve and drawers provide ample storage for our needs, while the outside measurements make it fit well in our laundry room. The outside door digital controls and alarms provide a quick view should there be power outage, visible read of inside temperature, and easy ability to change temperature settings. If not comfortable using the digital control, an inside temperature control can be used. Overall, completely satisfied with this GE FUF17 model.

Perfect Feature & So Much Room - Awesome
Absolutely love our new garage kept freezer. This freezer is perfect for our needs. Was so tired of our outdated manual defrost deep freezer. Finally a separate freezer, self defrost, with great lighting, and plenty of room. Love the deep shelves for our boxed goods and meats, but especially love the deep lower drawers to keep our frozen fresh Walleye in. I always freeze the Walleye & other fresh fish my husband catches, in large Ziploc Bags filled w water. Freezing the fish in water keeps the fish super fresh but hard to store, until now. This is where the drawers come in handy..
Even the door has plenty of additional space for other items like perogies, meatballs, ice cream Eclairs, etc.
Can't wait for Christmas this year. Baking & storage is going to be so much easier now that we have plenty of space.
Added bonus is the ability to lock the freezer door. With the grandkids coming over and sneaking in for a Popsicle, have caught them leaving the door open in the past. Not only can we lock it and know when they're sneaking in, but if we forget to lock the door prior to their visit, the door has a 2 minute alarm that will notify us if one of them leaves it open.
Never thought I'd be this happy to have a new freezer, but with this design, I definitely am.

How big is the box it comes in, I want to make sure I can fit it in to my SUV?
We had PC Richard deliver and install it. They cut it out of the box in the truck. Unless you have a sprinter box truck, it is not going in your SUV. Have PC Richard deliver it. It’s worth it.
