Big capacity and easy setup
So far, so good. It has been in operation in our garage for about two weeks now and it's working well. We've already had a couple of hot days, and the freezer worked just fine. Even though we looked at the measurements when we bought it, we didn't realize just how big it was - it's bigger than our refrigerator. For the difference in price between this one and the next size down, I think it's worth getting the bigger unit.
Setup was as easy as plugging it in, attaching the door handle (very easy - two set-screws), and removing the packing material from the shelves and bins.

Awesome n' huge!
This freezer is huge! I'm loving the size! I'll bet thos will be more energy efficient than our last one. The shelving is very convenient, I enjoy having the option of removing extra shelves rather than trying to add more later. I just got it, but the options of temperature vary much more than the off/on option I'm used to.

Spacious!
We bought this freezer so we could get meat in bulk from a farmer. It was been great so far. It is very spacious. Love the door shelves they're great for bottles of liquor. The door seals so we'll It is actually kinda hard to open.

Great Freezer
We loved the first one so much we purchased a second. The capacity and configuration suit our needs. Shelving is configurable enough to work. Temperature is always spot on, especially being in a garage-type setting. Highly recommend.

Great features. Energy star, temp control /alarm
I love my new freezer. The capacity really fits my needs. I had a much smaller one for years and was always wishing that I had more space. The glass shelving is great and the space in the door has room for lots of single items that would use up a lot of shelve space. This GE freezer looks great and even though it is large it doesn't take up much more space in my garage than my smaller one did. I recommend GE and this freezer to anyone shopping for a new freezer.

Perfect garage freezer!
This is the second freezer of this model series we now own. We went with the larger capacity as we figured it was well worth the price. The garage freezer series works as it states. Have never had any issues with our original and don't plan to with this new one either.

Quality
Just unpackaged the 21 cu ft vertical freezer and it feels stout, and is appealing to the eye. Set-up was easy and I’m pleased with the audible high temp alarm.

Good features!
We were specifically looking for glass shelves & love that we found these. The seal is very tight which is great but makes it difficult to open. I need to hold the side of the freezer to open the door.

Great features and design!
We received our stand up freezer this early morning. It is very nice, tall, large, nice slick lines and very modern looking. It is so quiet you cannot tell if it’s on. Thank goodness for the temperature gauge is on the outside.
