Design is what we wanted
Have not had that long so really don't know at this time of Durability. We got the stove as a replacement. Intentionally did not want a lot of extras since they are what went out on our previous stove. So far works great. It seems to be faster warming up the oven and has a nice layout. Also, the front knobs click into place helping to prevent turning them on accidentally.

Great features, Amazing cooking surface!
I love this new GE ceramic induction slide in stove! I bought this as a replacement for a 20 year old GE coil burner stove. I was originally shopping for a replacement just like the one that I wore out but I am so glad that I opted for this one! It is beautiful! It boils water in no time flat! It cooks like a dream! It did take some getting used to though but it was easy going from the coil top to this. I do recommend getting the cleaner prior to delivery and staying on top of keeping the cooking surface as near spotless as possible at the beginning of the cooking session and cleaning up any spills asap! Also get out of the habit of laying cooking utensils on the cooktop as the entire surface gets hot and anything on the spoon or spatulas will stick to the cook top and become harder to clean off. If you purchase the right cleaning products and follow the directions and recommendations in the manual you will not have a problem at all! The oven works like a charm with the proper wrack placement. So be mindful to read the manul for wrack placment based on what you are cooking. That will save you a lot of trouble and frustration. I love this stove! I love all of my GE Appliances!

I love this oven. I have 2 ovens in my kitchen. This one from GE and the other from another company. I prefer using this one. The cook in the oven and on the stove is far superior. Everything comes out just the way I want it. Also, it heats up quick. I wish I got 2 of these!

Cooks great! This is my first glass top stove and first oven to self steam clean. Love that the knobs are on the front as well as controls! I do recommend purchasing the glass stop stove top cleaner and polish kit from your local grocery store.
