I’ve only been using for a week but so far so good. Its capacity is great. My clothes are coming out very clean. The spin cycle is very efficient. My dryer seems to be working more efficiently now because the clothes spin out so much drier. Would definitely recommend this product.

Best washer I have ever had. I love every function on the machine.. My favorite part is the detergent comparment that holds the soap for 50 washes.

Highly recommend
Washer works great. We have auto detergent dispenser. No more too much detergent causing skin issues. It’s saving us detergent as it uses a minimal yet enough to clean clothes smelling fresh. My wife frequently washes throws rugs. ugh! I wanted a smart balancing option and it has spin dried with out any issues. Our last washer worked great for years. I replaced drain pump couple times. But would not spin bulky loads.
I can hear water solenoid’s opening and closing from the cellar. Also spinning. But I don’t mind because I know the sound of clothes getting washed. Also the WiFi notification is useful to keep track and remind people the laundry is done.
I tried to avoid having to pay for pairing option. Thought it was over the top but I appreciate GE for making option easy to download and it works great. Now to pair it to wife’s cell number so she knows her wash is done.
I saw some NG reviews b4 purchase but they were within a couple months of their purchase so I discarded break down issues on a new buy. Glad I did because we ended up with a winner. It works like it’s going to last for years.

So far so good!
We’ve only had this for a week now, but my son has autism and I wash bedding on a daily basis. That was why we picked this front loader because of loads getting off balance. I am very happy with how this washes things and how it spins them out. It has worked well in getting any urine smells out so far. I am very happy with this machine.

Awesome machine
Received my new washer right before Christmas and love it! I at first thought it wasn't getting water on the whites cycle until I read my manual further and saw it did a 20 minute steam cycle first! I already notice my whites are brighter, stains I could not get out of other clothes are now coming out with my new machine! They smell fresher, look brighter, and just overall great results. I love the More Water feature as well and the Sapphire Blue color looks so good! Can't wait to get the matching dryer!!
