Love our new GE Refrigerator!
We absolutely love the design of our new GE Refrigerator! We are using the "deli" drawer for easy access to drinks like bottled water, soda, etc. The swing-out shelf on the door is great for condiments and similar items. I also like the interior shelf that slides back to create a taller space for temporary things like bottles of wine, etc. I should say that prior to this, we had an LG refrigerator. The ice maker was constantly breaking down. And in February, the entire unit went down. It wasn't cooling at all. I had a home warranty through a reputable company, but apparently LG requires that ALL repairs go through them. I won't go into all the details except to say that we were without a fridge for 8-1/2 weeks! During that time, we had only 2 visits from a repairman. Dealing with LG directly was an awful experience as there was a huge language barrier and we could never speak with a supervisor. At about 5 weeks in, we were able to get a priority supervisor from the home warranty company. He was able to get us a mini-fridge for my mother's medications and he had a direct priority contact with LG, but it was still almost another 4 weeks before we were finally "officially" told that the LG was unfixable. I can guarantee that we will NEVER own another LG product simply due to the way that LG handled this case. NEVER!

THE CAPACITY ON THIS REFIDGERATOR IS AMAZING. THE SHELVING IS PERFECT. THE DIMENSIONS FIT PERFECTLY IN MY SPACE. COOLED VERY QUICKLY SO I COULD BUY MY GROCERIES THE NEXT DAY AND STORE THEM. I ALSO LOVE THAT IT'S ENERGY EFFECIENT.

This refrigerator is HUGE! It has lots of space for everything and keeps everything at a great temperature. I like that the shelves are adjustable and there are spaces for dairy, etc..

I absolutely love this refrigerator! I had another very expensive brand and had issues with the ice maker almost the entire time. I love the fully lit LED back wall. The swing door/tray is great for stuff you grab frequently. The middle drawer, between the fridge and the freezer is great. it was listed as a freezer drawer but to my surprise it is refrigerator and that is exactly what I was hoping for! Love this appliance!!!

We love this refrigerator. The first one we received had a non working door in door but we quickly received a new replacement . The interior is light and bright , we love the door in door and the draw for deli meat and cheese. Easy to choose ice or crushed ice plus it measures water in glass . I would definitely buy again.

We recently purchased and installed our new GE Profile refrigerator. We are amazed at the capacity for the physical size of the refrigerator. there is plenty of shelving to hold many of our cold products such as wine, milk, 2-litre bottles of soda, etc. The rear panel lighting design is excellent for seeing everything when you open either right or left door. The partial open right door design is great for the instant grab items instead of opening the whole door letting out the cold. The fingerprint proof finish is great providing a beautiful finish.

Owned it for a month now and very pleased at this point! The space is used well with a folding shelf allowing taller items, ice maker in the door that allows full depth shelving. Large door bins are great for quick access items with plenty of capacity. Absolutely love the separated crisper drawer and door in door function. These options allow me to access the items I use most and not open the larger doors. So, this makes very efficient and accessible! Not sure on the reliability yet, since it's only been a month. But so far, very pleased!!!

This is our second GE Profile Refrigerator we have purchased. We sold our previous home and the appliances were included in the sale. My wife insisted on getting another GE Profile Refrigerator. She loved the convenience, features and look of the refrigerator. Her favorite feature is the back lighting panel. We are in our 70s and this is the favorite refrigerator we have ever owned. Sold on GE Profile products.

Very Nice
We had this for a few months and like it very much. The drawer is very handy and love it. The auto water fill, the door that opens to the back of the shelves, the lighting, big shelves since the ice maker is in the door are all excellent. The last profile we had lasted 15 yrs, but was a samsung with flaws and had to fix many times. They convinced me this is better and nothing to do with samsung. The 27.9 cu ft is very roomy. As long as at lasts, time will tell, we give this a 5 and was the best one out there after alot of shopping.

Our middle drawer does not open.....it appears to be stuck. Anyone else have this problem. Of course it is the weekend and PC Richards service dept is not open until Monday!
Please check that there is not clear tape holding it closed. Most drawers come taped to stay secure during shipping

does this refrigerator require hook up to water supply or is it a plumbing free refrigerator?
If you want to use the water and ice dispenser you’ll need to hook up to water. And you DO WANT those features. I love, love my refrigerator however I have to have service in because the door alarm keeps going off when all doors are securely shut. As a matter fact my stove and dishwasher also seem to have a mind of their own. Each randomly . I’m getting all three of them service this week and I’m just praying that the Issues get resolved. It’s been less than a year!! That’s what you have to worry about with all the technology and computer components to appliances. The more technology the more problems…
