The Lighting is fantastic
Upgraded from GE to GE Profile fridge. LED lighting, door-in-door - feels bigger even though same cf and dim. I was surprised no ice maker in freezer area like old fridge. My fault though - was deciding between Cafe and Profile and I missed only 1 ice maker. In door ice maker is slimmer than old fridge. Water dispenser displays ounces dispensed - another neat feature. Autofill! Love :-)

This GE refrigerator has all the futures that I needed as a fridge. It has the sliding split shelf for tall object and also smaller object. I love the fridge. look great and it has a lot of room has lots of door and lots of space for little things you can change the temperature as you wish. It’s a great deal. Are you like the middle drawer used for more refrigerator? Space and the bottom is the freezer? Is there big and huge place for freezer?

Have only owed for a short time, but am impressed with this fridge/freezer. Extremely quiet even when making ice. Lots of room ! My only con is that it didn't come with an owners manual.....you pay this much for the product and they don;t include an owners manual. Very sad situation !!

Gorgeous Inside and out refrigerator.
GE profile side-by-side French door was delivered today. This refrigerator is truly amazing and beautiful. The inside lights up the whole back of the wall we are so happy that we picked this. I’m replacing my KitchenAid that lasted 14 months. By all the reviews that I have read, I am very positive that the GE profile is the refrigerator for us

It’s got a ton of room, the in-door water and ice maker seems much more contained and will hopefully minimize ice maker problems I’ve seen the past with other brands! The drawers slide open and close smoothly and feel solid, again, way nicer than other brands! Lastly, the water sensor touch less fill feature is magical, cut down on spills immediately!!

Love, Love, Love this fridge. The light from the back is amazing. I can see everything now. Nothing gets lost anymore. This icemaker in door actually works compared to the one we had from a different company. I thought door-in-door was a cute novelty. But, my daughter's snacks are on the lowest self in it and she just needs to open that to get what she needs. Saves so much wasted time staring into wondering what she wants. Much better for the fridge itself to be in and out and our environment. GE knows how to make a fridge!

I think we will love it.
It feels very roomy and I’m obsessed with the design and light at the back ( inside the fridge ). When we open it , the light grows brighter. The design on the back ( inside the fridge ) adds to the beauty.
Yes, it is pricey, but I have had good outcomes with GE.
It does have an ice maker/dispenser. Since those seem to break down frequently, we purchased the five year warranty. I don’t usually purchase those but in these days, parts, labor, and diagnostic visits are quite costly.

This GEProfile French Door Fridge with middle drawer is just perfect. It is my second one in 3 Years . I built a large home 4 years ago and put all GE Profile appliances in then when I sold it 3 years later I purchased the same appliances in my smaller home. They are perfect and very dependable.

We like the soda can holder in the meat and cheese drawer. That drawer was a requirement! Also, I like the little door on the right and I also like how the middle shelf swings out!

Absolutely the best fridge on the market for the price. An incredible blend of sophistication and functionality with the reliability that comes with the GE seal. It's a work of art when you look at the backlight and using the app to control certain functions is a breeze. In it, it can alert you if the door is left open, what the water filter's remaining lifespan is and how to change it, control the temperatures for each section of the fridge, and even change the backlight brightness inside the fridge as well. Overall 9.3/10

Our middle drawer does not open.....it appears to be stuck. Anyone else have this problem. Of course it is the weekend and PC Richards service dept is not open until Monday!
Please check that there is not clear tape holding it closed. Most drawers come taped to stay secure during shipping

does this refrigerator require hook up to water supply or is it a plumbing free refrigerator?
If you want to use the water and ice dispenser you’ll need to hook up to water. And you DO WANT those features. I love, love my refrigerator however I have to have service in because the door alarm keeps going off when all doors are securely shut. As a matter fact my stove and dishwasher also seem to have a mind of their own. Each randomly . I’m getting all three of them service this week and I’m just praying that the Issues get resolved. It’s been less than a year!! That’s what you have to worry about with all the technology and computer components to appliances. The more technology the more problems…
