Recently purchased and all I can say this was a excellent buy without question. Perfect size and layout befitting to any home. Back lit LED lighting is genius, all refrigerators must incorporate as it gives so much light to fully see what's in your refrigerator at first glance. Let's not forget the easy button door opener which let's you quickly grab your every drinks without fully opening the fridge. So far I can tell you it's a keeper.

I absolutely love this Refrigerator/Freezer, we purchased the GE Profile because of the ease of use since we have young grandchildren and they can use the water/ice dispenser. The middle drawer is amazing and it allows easy quick access. The quick open drawer on the door makes it easy for me to access the milk, butter and other frequently used products. The stainless steel exterior with the anti-finger print finish makes it easy to keep clean when my grands and fur babies.

I purchased this GE refrigerator model to replace my 14 year-old GE Profile. This model has very nicely designed acces.s for both the refrigeratorated and frozen.food. I like the interior LED lighting when I open the doors and the position of the water filter in the left door which allows for easy access to replace..Due to the quality of my previous GE product, I expect to enjoy this refrigerator for many years to come.

We love the open space on the top shelf with the ice maker on door. It’s now so easy to see all the food items on the shelves because of it being so lighted.
The beverage tray feature handle on door along with the water filler that lights up is a plus.
Fingerprint proof was another great feature.

I was hesitant to replace my 20 year old GE refrigerator - especially since there was nothing wrong with it, but with the kitchen renovation, it was time. This new one is much larger, and I have to say, being old school, I had to convince myself to want all of the new features. I have to admit, the self sense fill is pretty cool. It's quiet and runs less than my old one. The only thing I'm a little disappointed about is the ice capacity and the itty bitty ice cubes. My old one had a huge ice capacity - never even came close to running out with a summer party. This one, I don't think can live up to that demand, but it's a few and far between, a little planning ahead I can live with it. Otherwise two tumbs up. Hope to get a good 20 years.

Just installed the new refrigerator. So far the set up was easy. Everything seems to be good. The ice maker bin is a little small, but it gave me a little more refrigerator room. I miss not having a door shelf for all my pickles and jelly etc. My old one had that. Not a100 percent on the rotating shelf. I had to get a refrigerator in a hurry so had to pick something close to what I had.

Very happy
So, far I have had the Refrigerator one day and I am very impressed. This is a beautiful and A very quiet Refrigerator. It cooled down immediately. I was able to put food in it after about 3 hours. The last refrigerator I had a( LG) piece of junk. Took 12 hours to cool down. It also broke down almost immediately and had a total of 6 repairs and two compressors changed. AFTER 8 YEARS. It was extremely noisy. This GE is a dream. I am very happy. About my new GE. Keep up the good work. By the way a warning do not buy LG. They just settled a class action suit 01/2024. You don't have to included the stuff about LG. This is just for info. GE is a great refrigerator.

We bought model PVD28BYNHFS. There are a number of features with this model that are impressive. The back light inside the refrigerator clarifies items inside. The right front access door allows use to open and retrieve commonly used items such as drinks or condiments. To me one of the coolest features is the AutoFill for water bottles. We can put a bottle in place, hit autofill and it will add water automatically to fill the bottle....and not over run. Cool!!

Our middle drawer does not open.....it appears to be stuck. Anyone else have this problem. Of course it is the weekend and PC Richards service dept is not open until Monday!

does this refrigerator require hook up to water supply or is it a plumbing free refrigerator?
If you want to use the water and ice dispenser you’ll need to hook up to water. And you DO WANT those features. I love, love my refrigerator however I have to have service in because the door alarm keeps going off when all doors are securely shut. As a matter fact my stove and dishwasher also seem to have a mind of their own. Each randomly . I’m getting all three of them service this week and I’m just praying that the Issues get resolved. It’s been less than a year!! That’s what you have to worry about with all the technology and computer components to appliances. The more technology the more problems…
