Thrilled with GE
Well it's been a few weeks and we are loving our new refrigerator. So happy we selected GE instead of going with what we had in the past.
We did a ton of research, we knew that the ice maker needed to be in the freezer and the water should be in a pitcher vs. door dispenser.
The water is ice cold, we have a never ending supply of ice. The food seems to stay fresher longer because this refrigerator is COLD inside. Since the ice maker is in the bottom freezer there is so much more room and the interior is dry and not damp. Super happy we made the switch.

Great Refrigerator! ...with one small design flaw
Great refrigerator! We love the freezer layout with the two doors compared to the bottom pull out drawer. The large light that covers the entire back of the fridge is far better than a small bulb somewhere in the fridge.
If we had to pick out something to complain about it would be the placement of the drawer handles in the fridge drawers. The pulls are on the bottom of the drawers which is not really natural. Even more odd is GE put the pulls for the freezer drawers on top. There's no consistency between the fridge drawer pulls and the freezer when it comes to the drawer pulls. This is pretty minor but consistency matters.

Love that the ice maker is in the freezer section, as it belongs, as this avoids many common issues with in-door ice delivery from an ice maker in the refrigerator section. Love the side-by-side doors as I never did like the drawer freezer models. Coming from a Samsung smart fridge that was not smart at all and prone to failure, this is a breath of fresh air.

Clean on the outside with tons of features inside!
We purchased this refrigerator about 6 months ago and have zero regrets. I love the size and flexibility with the quad doors. I thought I would miss having a water filler on the outside but love the ease of use with the built in pitcher. It makes filling up our espresso machine so easy. The same goes for the ice tray. Tons of fresh ice. I appreciate the clean look on the outside with smooth stainless steel panels.

Design for practicality
We just had our new ge Profile 4-door bottom freezer refrigerator installed. We are completely satisfied with everything so far! It is more compact, quieter and aesthetically pleasing as compared to our previous product. This 28 sq.ft. appliance is just what we needed to replace the 31 sq.ft. behemoth we replaced.The jury will be in session for the next 10 years since that’s how long the previous one endured. We finally decided after all the forced defrosts and design issue flaws that it was time for a change. We are optimistic already. As we continue our advance into our final decades we’re so far happy with the freezer drawer concept along with the wall of light which makes a huge difference in helping our weary eyes see inside the fridge. The freezer is well lit too! We’re looking forward to the energy savings attributable to a compact and more energy efficient design. Four of the five major kitchen appliances we now have are ge-Profile. WOW!

Love all the features!
So far we love our new refrigerator! We don't miss having the water and ice on outside of door, it gives us so much room inside the refrigerator. Last week getting ready to host a get together for 50+ people and we were able to change the bottom right ride of freezer to a refrigerator setting and it was plenty of room to store all the food between the upper refrigerator and the bottom right.

Great features!
We live the French doors of the fridge and the dual compartments for the freezer area. We set one side of the freezer to be the beverage area (chiller) and that has been working out great. We like the ability to have a carafe of water or use the spout. Unfortunately, water does spill from the carafe when opening and closing the door, but it’s not terrible. We like the door in a door for the right side of the fridge as we keep frequently used items there.

Love the Organized Freezer Compartment
So far, I am really happy with the bottom freezer refrigerator. The reason I purchased it was because the bottom freezer has doors on the freezer side with drawers to make it much easier to find everything in the freezer. I also have the option of selecting one side of the freezer to be a refrigerator or a cooler. I will have to get used to not having ice and water on the door. I do like the auto fill pitcher inside the refrigerator. The refrigerator does not have the option for crushed ice, but I do not use that option very often.
