Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the smartest design, as it can leak First off, this is not really an extension, it's more like adding 2 more joints in your drain hose because you cut your existing hose in half and use this as a jumper in between your two hose halves. The joints don't have a hard coupling in between and it is very easy to over tighten the supplied clamps and have a leak, especially if you leave the long hose laying on floor as opposed to strapping it to back of washer. Personally, i would stay away and find a generic one- piece, longer drain hose than use this.
