Viola clean cut every time
I love my new knives. When I first tried the chef’s I threw a lime into the air and sliced it clean. I could not believe it was clean through. I tried it a few more times and viola it worked every time. I don’t recommend trying this but it was fun.

I live these knives so much. They are such a game changer for my kitchen. The sheer quantity of them allows you to always have the right knife for what you need. The block itself it’s quite long so prepare to have some counter space for it, but so worth it!

Great quality knives!
We ordered this set and it arrived last week. We are thrilled with it. The knives are much heavier and study than I was expecting, and they work like a dream. We haven’t had them long enough to know whether the self-sharpening components work, but from the quality of the knives and the block, I would be surprised if they did not. Very pleased with this purchase!

Good variety.
We enjoy the variety of knives included with this set. The only real 'knock' on the product us the apparent lip for the graphite color. I might have chosen a textured handle instead if I knew about this. However, we do only like purchasing single-piece knives, so this still fits the bill. Sharpness out of the box was great so far also as well.

We’ve wanted Henckels knives ever since a trip to Germany years ago, where we first experienced their reputation for quality. After finally taking the plunge and buying the Henckels 1895 Series 16-piece knife block set, all I can say is—we should have done it sooner!
These knives are everything we hoped for and more. They’re incredibly sharp, making prep work so much easier and more enjoyable. Slicing through vegetables, meat, or even crusty bread feels effortless, and the precision you get is next-level. The handles are comfortable and balanced, even during longer cooking sessions, and they feel like they were made to fit perfectly in your hand.
The set includes everything we need and more, from the chef’s knife we use daily to the steak knives that make dinners feel a little more special. The kitchen shears have been a surprise favorite—so handy for all kinds of tasks! The sharpening block is a great touch too; it’s nice to know we can keep these knives performing at their best for years to come.

Great Quality and Value for Everyone!
This is an outstanding knife set in so many ways. The knives themselves are balanced really well, the block does auto sharpening when inserting them and taking them out, and best of all, if you need to put them in the dishwasher, you can. I've been looking for a new knife set for a long time that I felt was the combination of great quality and a great value and for me, I've found it in this knife set.

In addition to the fine product for preparing meals the steak knifes are excellent for cutting with ease this enjoying your meal. The bread knife excellent for cutting unsliced bread perfect for toast or sandwiches. The sharper knifes excellent for cutting up meat and separating turkeys and chicken.
