I've been using the Henckels knife set for a month now, and I’m really impressed. The knives are super sharp right out of the box and feel well-balanced in my hand. Incredible knife set!
I just received the knife set earlier today and it is a whole different world compared to my old knives of 13 years. Each knife is sharp enough to cut a tomato it paper-thin slices, and sturdy enough to cut meat with little resistance. I could not be happier!
