Descaling coffee maker
I’ve been buying Keurig coffee makers since they first came out. The company is awesome, they go above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. Whenever I’ve had a problem and you call them they will do everything to help you fix this. If they can’t fix it over the phone they will make sure you get a new one. The associate I spoke to helped me to try and descale the machine the proper way. But for this coffee maker it didn’t work. I would highly recommend their coffee makers and continue to buy them. I give them a 10!

Relieved Keurig owners
The warranty was honored. My keurig purchased in November, 2024 just quit. We really liked it so we’re very happy it was replaced. It took a few extra calls, but 9 days later the replacement arrived.

Working good but afraid
Its good I just worey if i dont use it everyday then its not going to work or turn on like the last one i had. When a coffee maker isnt used after a certain amount of time it will not work i noticed in a lot of coffee makers.

Outstanding and Prompt Customer Service
The warranty replacement for my K-Supreme Single Cup coffee maker was outstanding. Although it is unfortunate my original purchase unexpectedly needed replacing the promptness & ease of contacting the company for assistance was outstanding. I had the replacement within a few days. I am impressed with the friendliness of the customer service rep I spoke with & the promptness of the service I received.

It's makes very good coffee with minimal effort
It makes really good coffee. It's quick and easy. It takes up very little space and having the water tank makes it even easier, since you don't have to add water every day.

Keurig Stands Behind Their Warranty on a K-Supreme
So far the replacement Keurig K-Supreme is working as expected. I was pleased that Keurig replaced the original unit 5 months after I bought it. At first they hedged but speaking with a supervisor and having provided proof of purchase and SN they concurred to replace the unit.

So far so good
This is our 3rd orx4th replacement as the previous Keurigs stopped working. The last one was dangerous as it shot out steam when it stopped working. Glad I was not too close to it. Only positive, replacement is sent when they stop working.

Best company ,Backs their product quick response
This Keurig was sent to me as a warranty return item the machine that I had unfortunately stopped working, which is not normal for a Keurig. Keurig’s products are very good. I’ve always been a customer of Keurig. But this one happened to stop working, but it was under warranty and Keurig replaced it with no problem. I love the company. I love the product thank you so much.
