The best dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans perfect in all modes. No need to pre rinse dirty dishes or coffee mugs. Steel utensils come out sparkling clean. The dishwasher is so quiet while running. Great product and a real timesaver.

Love the 3rd Rack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first dishwasher and have nothing to compare it to. Since only had appliance for about a month so, so far works as stated. Who knows how will work 5 years from now. But really love the flexibility of the 3rd rack and main reason purchased this brand over a Bosch.

So far, so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a Kitchenaid dishwasher that flooded with Hurricane Helene. This particular model was recommended by a friend. So far, I'm very happy with it - love the 3rd shelf. I'm hoping that I don't have the repair problem I did with my previous Kitchenaid - having to get the computer replaced after 3 years.

So much room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item a few months ago specifically for the 3rd rack feature and the middle rack that has extra room for taller objects. We have been able to fit so many dishes and they come out clean. We have not had any problems as of yet.

SO MUCH SPACE!

We're lazy with dishes and tend to let them pile up. Not once have I not been able to empty the entire sink into it. The 3rd rack on top is the perfect size for our big glasses. Everything comes out spotless every time.

Super glad we bought this dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Years ago we formed a habit of "pre-cleaning" our dishes before putting them in our dishwasher. We'd let them soak, give them a brushing and then, when they "looked" clean, we'd put them in the unit. After we bought this unit, to see how well it would clean, we decided to just put our dishes into the unit immediately after each meal, dried detritus and all (after scraping large leftover food scraps into the trash, of course). Even though we never use a rinse cycle between complete washings, and sometimes it is 2-3 days before we start a wash, the dishes still come out clean as a whistle after a complete wash. We were pretty surprised. Admittedly we still sometimes unintentionally fall back into our old habit, especially if there is a lot of dried residue on the plates, but even when we don't they still come out super clean.
PROS - more and better racks (3), adjustable rack heights (but not on bottom rack), a cool new top rack "top and bottom" spray process that really works better (spinning tubes with holes in them), it is very quiet, and it REALLY works. Also, this unit has a catch tray underneath for leaks from the fill valve where a sensor is that will shut off the unit if it catches water (nice, since we have hardwood floors in the kitchen).
CONS - Unfortunately, having three racks in the same amount of under-cabinet space means that the bottom rack has to be lower. We now have to bend over a little farther to load it, so if you have back trouble (which we do not) that could be a factor. Also, our silverware handles are slightly larger than many of the holes in the lid of the utensil caddy, so we do not use the lids on half of it, but that doesn't seem to affect the cleaning action at all, and after all, loading the utensils is quicker if you do not have to pay attention to exactly where each spoon, fork, or knife will "fit".

Very quiet, large volume
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet so can run at any time with no disturbance. Very large volume compared to our original Kitchenaid that lasted over 25 years! Hope this one is just as reliable. Holds so many dishes that we sometimes find we run out of dishes because they are in the dishwasher waiting to be cleaned.
