Big nice looking microwave!

It was too big for our countertop area so we moved it to a coffee section and use it there.
I believe you can purchase a trim a hang it on the wall.
It’s very easy to use and heats your food FAST! At least faster than our other brand we have on the wall…

Great microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is a great product. It is large enough for a variety of items and the stainless steel is good quality. The stainless steel allows for easy cleanup. The removable glass plate inside the microwave is for easy cleaning as well. I especially like that steam feature that the microwave have for self cleaning. In addition, I like all the features that it provides in terms of reheating. These include the 30 secs increments as well as the different types of timer for different types of food. When reheating food, the microwave is not loud at all. I don’t know the energy efficiency, but I don’t think it’s any different from our old microwave. I highly recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is massive but sleek. It can fit a large pizza, has nice quick buttons, and even has a safety lock. The lock can come in handy if you are worried about children grabbing something hot, but I like that I can turn it off too. The only downfall I have is that it is very loud when it runs, and makes a strange clicking sound. Another perk I’ve never had on a microwave before is a steam clean button. I steam clean anyways, but having an easy button for it is nice. I did wish it had just numbers so if you wanted to do 45 seconds you could press 45… with this one you either have to push the “+” until you get to 45, or press start to add 30 seconds and then press the “+” to add additional seconds.

My old microwave was loud and old, but this one is quiet and heats everything perfectly with little to no hot spots! It’s super easy to clean, I have just taken a damp paper town and wiped anything off that got out, and it comes off without having to scrub! If you’re in the market for a new microwave, I can’t say enough good things about this one!

This microwave is well-made, and it has a lot of nice features like quick cook button, such as popcorn, potato, reheat, soften, melt, wait, defrost, steam, clean, and keep warm button. this microwave is large enough to defrost an entire large turkey! I noticed that it doesn’t have a pad on it but rather a pad in increments of one, two, three, four, five, and six minutes. For me this is not really a dealbreaker because most of the time or just warming up food making microwave meals or cooking vegetables. Overall, I recommend this microwave. It’s a solid brand well built, and it looks aesthetically pleasing on the counter! 🥰

Slowly but surely, we have been in the process of updating our appliances and this microwave is such a perfect addition. It fits perfectly into our custom cabinet as is, but we order the kit for a more custom look. This sleek microwave is not only a head turner, it also comes with a TON of preset functions. My favorites being “soften” to get that perfect ice cream or butter, and my absolute favorite…. A STEAM CLEAN function. Cleaning the microwave no longer has to be the bane of my existence and that feature alone had me sold, the rest are just bonuses!

I haven’t had a microwave in 3 years and it’s supper quiet and heats up my food fairly quickly. Door lock gets some getting used to but you can turn that off. Overall kitchen aid doesn’t disappoint. It works but I liked the older model better

You can’t enter an exact time of say, 22 seconds. I also didn’t like the locking mechanism on the door. I disabled it right away. The installer had broken one a week prior due to the door locking issue.

I’ve had it less than three weeks and my son made a mistake and is now broken. there was no manual with the unit through the fault of the builder but I now have to have a service call Which won’t cost me an arm and a leg or more than the microwave itself.

It’s an adventure

The wrong door was installed(which is a different size, it is slightly larger)so we have to have the whole thing replaced for the second time. Disappointing quality for a Kitchen Aid level appliance. Also not simple to do a 30sec cook.

Awful design

There are no numbers 1-9 on this machine. Set the time to cook is a ridiculous process of adding minutes or seconds using positive and negative signs. This was not a purchase but a replacement due to a faulty model. I would never choose this model. Should have returned for better model
