Great installation instructions and templates; included directions on how to convert from recirculating air flow to blowing the air out of the house through the duct. Functions well. Heating, softening and defrost work well. The finish/look of the microwave is really nice. I have the black stainless and it looks great. I bought microwaveable bowls and pyrex containers to fit the low profile, because it is low clearance, especially if you are accustomed to a standard microwave. The width fit a standard opening for an OTR microwave. Note that the depth of the microwave puts the edge far past your standard 12" cabinets. I had the whirlpool version of this microwave in a guest house and used it for 4 years without an issue. Recommend.

We really only have the option for our microwave to be above our stove due to space in kitchen area. I typically use microwave to warm up stuff for less than a minute on average so most of those items work in a shortened height space (I.e. plate of food, bowl for butter, etc) so the size of this microwave is so perfect for our kitchen - I love that it gives some variance to the upper cabinet area (breaks it up more, rather than having a large black void from a typical sized microwave)the microwave works great, still offers the rotating bottom, has great lighting (2option) and is a probably slightly louder than our last standard size - but doesn't bother me or sound abnormal. My favorite part is that it doesn't have an annoying persistent beeping once something is done...just a nice low chirp. Highly recomment

It seems to make my kitchen look brighter. It has a powerful vent fan. The light feature can be turned to high when cooking and low for just an accent light. The switches on the outside panel make it easy to heat things up, with just a press of one button and the time can be adjusted by pressing the same button to increase the time. The smudge resistant finish helps to keep the microwave looking clean.

Lake my previous reviews of all the other pieces in the package, I remain concerned of the "grade" of stainless steel and it's unfortunate sensitivity to maintenance issue which have developed immediately after installation.....IE extreme tendency for spotting/difficulty cleaning and tendency of scratching....I am very proactive in product and cleaning cloths used so it is truly a manufacturer's issue.
