Heats perfectly!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thermostat heats perfectly. I tested it by toasting white bread and they all came out exactly even. We use an oven thermometer, as well, and so far it has been perfectly accurate. I do wish it had a delay start setting that doesn't assume food is already in the oven so that I can have it preheat automatically at my specified time, but that is the only con so far and not worth down rating. The oven racks slide very smoothly.

I never had any issue with the old ovens but had to replace them when the glass in the oven door cracked and as the appliance repair people told me. “It’s time.” The new oven (s) fit perfectly into the cabinet and they are nearly identical in operation (so, no real learning curve). They are perfectly calibrated and I am very happy with them.

Probe Cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is very good. I used the probe feature to cook a Turkey with the convection setting as a pre-trial for Thanksgiving. I would say to add about 30-45 more minutes than what is recommended for an 16LB bird. For a 20+lb bird I would add about 60-90 after the probe goes off. It really saves on having to open and close the door. BTW, I was very careful not to have it touch any of the bones of the Turkey, so my indicator would not provide a false reading. Moist isn't the word for it, downright juicy !! We'll be having Turkey soup in the coming days~!

Awesome Electric Double Wall Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid double wall oven is a great alternative to higher priced luxury ovens like Dacor or Wolf.
We replaced our 24 year old Dacor unit with this model and it looks and works amazingly well. The stainless exterior doesn't show finger marks, the interior is well lit, and the control panel is easy to use. I'd highly recommend purchasing this unit.

My previous double oven was also a KitchenAid, but it was almost 15 years old. This was easy for my husband to install. The installers were not able to install it due to the location of our junction box. I am blown away by how fast this oven preheats in comparison to my old! It is easy to use, and so far after about a week worth of using it, I have not noticed any uneven heating issues. I love that KitchenAid kept the easy slide rack feature! It's so nice when checking your Thanksgiving turkey or heavy casseroles! The air fryer mode is probably my favorite feature.
Multitasking kitchen appliances are a must for someone who hate clutter! It's so nice to not have an additional kitchen appliance. This double oven with air fryer is fantastic!

It does a fantastic job of evenly cooking everything we've used it for so far. The oven cooked rice we did was very fluffy and cooked to perfection as has the pizzas and roasts we have done. The oven's soft close door and rolling middle rack on both compartments are great features. One thing that is weird but does not take away from the great features of the oven is its light. The oven light turns on simultaneously and not individually when either hitting the oven light or when opening the oven doors. No big deal! It just takes some time to get used to it.

I am very happy with this product after several weeks of use. I do think that your control instructions leave a lot to be desired. It seems like one set of instructions were written when the product line was introduced, and then as subsequent variant models were introduced no one thought to upgrade the instructions. You actually do not cover the use of the air fryer as it applies to my model, even though that's the model number I input, and your site confirmed it.

The 11 is a step up from a whirlpool oven

Unfortunately that Oven was Only four years.
The replacement kitchenaid of course has less features and the one thing that I do not like Is that the the wall oven lights are activated by the same element which means when you open one of the ovens both lights come on.

Great oven, not so great Air Fryer.

The new oven comes with very generic oven instructions, but nothing specific to the Air Fryer feature. The Whirpool/Kitchaid website also does not have instructions for the Air fryer. I had to schedule a mechanic to come to the house for the tutorial on the Air Fryer.
That said, and forgetting the Air Fryer instructions, the oven itself is excellent and worthy of a 5 rating!

Great but an issue

There was a space at the bottom of the oven and the opening where it was installed. Our contractor gave me the number to call KitchenAid to get a mounting bracket to cover this area. Our owners manual said "at no charge to you". I called the number. The person who answered said they couldn't help me and that I had to go to a hardware store to purchase the mounting bracket to cover the open area. Disappointing to say the least. Still have the opening there. Anything you can do to resolve this/
