[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My KitchenAid Refrigerator is fantastic. It is beautiful, has an interior water dispenser, and tons of room to fit anything inside. Let me start by saying the French doors are great. They open up to a gorgeous fridge that is super easy to clean. My fridge fit perfectly into my kitchen with its stainless steel exterior and got ice cold with no problem. The freezer is super nice, too. I fit a whole turkey into it for Thanksgiving dinner, which the freezer kept frozen with ease. I also live that the water dispenser is on the inside and not outside of the fridge. It looks better and makes less of a mess. I absolutely LOVE my fridge and would recommend it to anyone seeking a high quality fridge that they can depend on.

Notably, it includes a beautiful wooden-like shelf that can be lowered for additional storage when you need to slide leftovers in. This shelf is both aesthetically pleasing and practical. I also appreciate the interior water dispenser, which maintains the refrigerator’s sleek exterior. Additionally, it has an ice maker, which is a convenient feature. Although I wish the water dispenser had a lever instead of a button for one-handed use, it’s not a deal-breaker for me.

TOP NOTCH DESIGN!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this fridge is TOP NOTCH I am in love with the counter height! All the compartments/drawers/shelves in it are AMAZING! So much storage all around! The only noise is the water filter and the ice maker and that’s not loud at all! Temperature can be controlled to your preferences but I keep at the recommended settings. The water filter inside the refrigerator is so CONVENIENT and efficient! The lighting in it is PERFECT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchenaid counter depth refrigerator was packaged nicely. Lightweight compared to my old refrigerator and easy to assemble. I love that it has plenty of space but also sits flush with the cabinets. It gave me so much more room to walk around in my kitchen. Interior water dispenser did leak when we first hooked it up. No longer leaking. It also has an ice maker along with storage racks in the freezer compartment for optimized storage. You can change the control settings for cooling and ice. Very nice!

Once inside, I was even more impressed. The handles are beautiful. Very classy and elegant looking. I LOVE the shelving inside. I love that it is inside so the outside just looks sleek. We love our new fridge!

Tons of storage space on the doors for condiments, beverages or sauces. Spacious shelves and perfect size drawers for lunch meats/cheeses and your fruits and vegetables.
The temp alarm and door alarm are great features! Love the water dispenser and ice maker. The energy efficiency factor is a huge plus. This is silent too no loud fridge noises here!

The spacious interior is perfect for storing extra groceries, drinks, and even large party platters. The adjustable shelves make it incredibly versatile, and the crisper drawers keep fruits and veggies fresh longer than I expected. The freezer section is just the right size for bulk frozen foods, which makes meal prepping and storage so much easier.

Sleek and stylish!

I did not need all the bells and whistles, but I needed it to be big enough for produce and baking storage. This one has a lot of drawers and shelves to fit my baking and cooking supplies and also the fresh fruits and veggies from the garden. An added bonus is that it has water and ice dispenser but the water dispenser is on the inside of the refrigerator. The fridge is a nice stainless steel and looks sleek, without looking too boring. It is perfect for my basement canning kitchen.

I wasn’t sure if I would like the water dispensing on the inside but it actually helps keep the front of the fridge clean so I think it’s a plus. Ice maker works well and we bought a little scoop to use. It’s quiet and efficient. I also love that the freezer drawer is soft close.

Good, with some qualifications
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice refrigerator; it cools things efficiently (although it froze my soft drinks once when it was quite full), and it harmonizes well with other appliances in my kitchen. I have three complaints: 1) it is shallower than its predecessor, and thus has lower capacity; 2) it has built-in features having to do with ice-water and ice-making that I cannot use (it is located on the side of my kitchen that isn't plumbed for water), but I was informed that almost all refrigerators now have those features, and I'd just have to live with the useless elements; and 3) there is, on the upper right hand side a cylindrical filter unit that I don't want and can't use, but I'm told can't be removed. Again, a waste of space (especially galling in that it is at the top, where space for cartoons and bottles is at a premium.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this KitchenAid fridge free from Influenster to review and I am in love! The filtered water dispenser inside the fridge is a very nice feature and keeps the outside looking sleek! It’s really convenient to have a filtered water feature with the touch of a button- I was able to get rid of my filtered water pitcher that I filled multiple times daily!
It’s spacious while remaining quiet! The tinted grey drawer and shelves are a nice feature visually and maintains the sleek look! The handles are great, but you must always use them as fingerprints show easily- that’s my only complaint!
My previous refrigerator was 12 years old and no longer made ice.. and was most likely outdated on the efficiency for energy and temperature control- I am so thankful to receive this product and I will be looking into more kitchenAid appliances in the near future.

Endless troubled refrigerator and its service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement of bad refrigerator, the temperature is good, no more warm freezer that had been bothered me for a year and an half. But there is no drinking water. I called the service and got drinking water working. But the freezer light was off after the service man left. So I had my builder checked for me since he was in the house for other issues. He found out the light sensor was taped on. I don't know why VIA service guy did this when he was supposed to only fix drinking water.

Everything is frozen. problem not fixed yet.

All my food gets frozen.
It has already been repaired twice, but the problem persists.
I have also scheduled a third repair appointment, hoping that the third time will finally fix this issue.
