[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy to finally have a GREAT mixer! I am 70 years old and have always used “hand-me-down” mixers from my mom. The most recent was one I purchased for my mom in the late 70’s. It was getting to the point where every time I used it the kitchen would smell from struggling electric motor. I am so happy with this Kitchenaid! I thought it would be hard to get used to not having to turn the bowl and scrape it, but no! You just put the ingredients in, turn it on, and it does the rest! The motor is more than capable of handling very stiff batter such as for cookies. And I like how easy it is to clean the beaters and the bowl. Very happy with my choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 60+ years old and I recently bought my first Kitchen Aid mixer. I wish I would have invested in one years ago. The investment was so worth it. My baking turns out much better because the ingredients get mixed so much better and the mixer cover prevents messes when mixing on higher speeds.

Sturdy Mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used this mixer much so far--only to mash potatoes which it did very well. I'm glad I got the plastic splash guard/cover because it did 'splash' some potatoes pieces out while mixing. And you definitely need the other beater that has a rubber edge--I did have to scrape down the potatoes quite a bit. (And I did order the other beater with the rubber edge after II made the potatoes).

Great Mixer

Favorite awesome small appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas present from my kids and I really love it! It replaced my 45 year old Kitchen Aid stand mixer! I appreciate the larger bowl size and the special extra beater with the scrapers attached to each side. It does a great job scraping down the batter at the same time it mixes the contents in the bowl. I love to cook and bake so my new mixer will be used often. It’s my favorite small appliance in the kitchen!
