Love the mini

Soooooo fun to use and the clean-up is easy!
This attachment is wonderful! Being attached to the stand mixer hub, it has plenty of clearance underneath to guide the pasta along with both hands if/when necessary, unlike the manual crank-arm countertop types. I know this attachment is going to get a lot of use.

I was eyeing this set for a while and finally a sale coincided with my birthday. So far I have tried the pasta roller and the fettuccine cutter. Both are great. I've been making pasta for a few years with an old manual machine, which was always a half-day project. With Kitchenaid, it's a breeze. The rollers are also very easy to clean, I didn't even need to use the brush. For people new to pasta making: don't add salt to your dough, as salt prevents gluten development. That's why you add salt to water when you boil the pasta. Also avoid adding olive oil. All you really need is flour (specialty pasta flour works great) and eggs or a combination of whole eggs and egg yolks. If you want to add spinach or beets to your pasta dough, puree them with just a few drops of olive oil.

First Pasta Roller/Cutter
This is my first set of pasta equipment and made pasta for the first time with this set. It was so easy to set up and use and the pasta turned out amazing! Glad I invested in this nice one because I know I will be using it a lot.
