[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a great immersion blender! I've used it for fruit and soups so far and it has great power. It feels heavy and solid which is nice. Only downsides for me were that it's a little difficult to clean and the cord could be a little longer but overall it gets the job done nicely.

Great for making EVOO mayonnaise
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. Using it to make extra virgin olive oil mayonnaise. Works like a charm the 2 times I’ve made it so far. Ingredients go in wide mouth pint canning jar and viola- EVOO mayonnaise without all the crap they put in it at a factory.

Great for reducing appliance clutter!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing hand mixer that had so many uses. I have used it for so many recipes! From smoothies to marinades. My favorite use is making a quick sauce or dressing for my meals. Cleaning is a snap that helps during the week to keep dishes low. I did drop it while cleaning, but it seems pretty tough. One thing my children liked is that it's not very loud so they could watch me cook.

Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great hand blender, it has been great for making delicious chunky salsas, it was okay when using to make a squash soup but I’m sure with a little more practice I will be able to make it a little creamier for my liking. Super easy to clean and pull apart. Letting it soak for a few minutes in warm water and dish soap makes everything come off without any fuss.

Perfect prep for Ninja Creami recipes

It obviously works great for autumn soups, but my favorite use is actually to prep my Ninja Creamies! If you have a Ninja Creami this is an absolute game changer for pre-blending your recipes before freezing. It fits perfectly in the container and no issues with spilling. I consider it a must-have in my kitchen!

Straightforward, functional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping to have used this more than twice before I reviewed it, but I really only use it to make soup, and it's . . . summer. Regardless: this is pretty much the perfect (very!) small appliance for people who hate having to take apart and clean their entire blender and/or food processor just to make some gazpacho. It's not as powerful, obviously, and I wouldn't recommend it for heavy-duty blending or chopping or anything like that, but for smoothing out mashed potatoes or tomato soup or even sauces, gravies, compound butters, etc - 10/10, does exactly what it needs to. Super easy to clean, tiny kitchen footprint, wish it was a smiiiiidge less loud at the highest setting, but that's just personal preference.

Quiet but powerful!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Variable Speed Corded Hand Blender is not something I knew I needed, but I've used it daily since I got it. I have a protein shake every morning and recently changed to a plant based power that doesn't mix well with the shaker bottle or frother. I use the measuring cup that comes with it and add my protein powder and other ingredients. The KitchenAid hand blender has been a game changer with my shakes and is so easy to use. It takes less than 30 seconds to blend, just a few pulses. It has a trigger style power button, no fumbling with buttons when you need more power. It makes the powder that is usually gritty into a creamy protein shake. My favorite is adding coffee flavor, but fruit is good with it too.
I love the pan guard and it's great for making sloppy joe or spaghetti sauce right in the pan. No need to dirty a million dishes. It takes second to clean and is small so it's easy to store when not in use. Love it!

All in one!

The pan guard attachment is very thoughtful, although you can use it without it. Consistency is nice of the foods blended. Used it for my dogs food and it worked well. I can see this being good for smoothies. Especially given the measuring cup/storage container. Love that it has a lid and measurements so you can blend and store in the same item. This mixer is quiet.
Great design and I love the pop color.

I have been using the hand blender to purée fruits, it is a lot less intimidating than using a blender, especially since the cleanup is a lot easier. I usually only blend things for myself so this hand blender is perfect because you can do a small serving.

I’ve been using it to make sauce. Smoothies, chutneys. Anything that needs to be liquified. The only issue I have is the cord. The cord is not flexible or long and it makes it hard to use when there are multiple people in kitchen

This thing is so powerful but still easy to use since it was my first experience with these. I first made a smoothie since I was so intrigued by the difference from a blender. You have more control over the texture you’re going for and can be precise. I prefer a thick creamy smoothie and this delivered exactly that. Next I’m trying the included pan guard to use for soups. It’s so you don’t damage the pan and can still mix while cooking. It has a 4 point stainless steel blade so it’s able to blend anything. Can’t wait to add more KitchenAid to my collection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cuisinart is the best. I’ve made soups, salad dressing, mayo, and other sauces with it so far! I appreciate the safety setting in that you need to hold two buttons in order for it to work (there could’ve been some near misses otherwise!) It’s durable and sturdy. I haven’t had it for long but know it’ll last awhile since it’s a Cuisinart product. It will leave a chunkier texture than a blender if you’re making a soup but there’s just no way you’ll get the same consistency with an immersion blender, the trade off being it’s immensely easier to clean. Highly recommend if you don’t have one in your kitchen! Lots of uses.
