I have been using this microwave for almost a month. For the most part it is working just fine. There is a kind of rattle when the turn table is moving. It may only be a loose fit. It is just an annoying sound.

Good microwave
So far so good. We have had it about a month and it has worked out just fine. No kids in our house so we took a screwdriver to the side and disabled the child lock. I can say that even with the lock in place it opens nicely.

A huge upgrade for us
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our current home has a fancy microwave nook above the counter. When we bought the house, the previous owners left their small, old microwave. It was fine, but small and heated unevenly. I've been looking for a replacement since day 1, but it's hard to find something which would fit. This microwave fits very nicely since it is very short compared to its width. I can now heat my two plates of cat food without them overlapping and spilling, which by itself is priceless. I like the clean and bright LEDs, so I can actually see what the food is doing, and most importantly this microwave works very quickly and evenly for everything I've tried.
The one complaint is the sensor cooking basically doesn't work. I'm disappointed in this because I used heard that microwaves with a humidity sensor do work, and LG knows their tech well enough that I had high hopes, but pizza mode just cremated my slice. Maybe the other modes will do better.

Circut overload

Circuit overload without reasons
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I concur with Nana146 on the circuit overload. The spec has 10.4 Amp power. We require to have arc flash breaker, so we put in 20 Amp arc flash breaker for the microwave. It overloads the circuit FIVE times in two runs in one day. On average, it overloads the circuit once a week. It will be in the basement soon enough.
This is the second one we trade in. The first identical unit had the burnt smell when operated and louder than normal noise.

Deffective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased similar model. Microwave arrived defective and I was promised a refund months ago. I have called LG 11 times. 7 times I was promised a callback which never happened. I do not know how to resolve this issue.

Died after 18 months
