Very dependable
I purchased this 3 years ago because I had a similar LG model for several years and never had a problem. So far, no problems with this one. The only thing I don't like about this one is that I really should have a pedestal to make it easier to unload--it takes quite a bend and reach to get all of the items out. Does a wonderful job, though.

Energy efficiency on steroids.
This is my one month review of this LG frontloading washer. Yes I have used it a full month and the machine has performed well. One month is not enough time to explore the multiple functions available here but I am impressed with the solid performance so far. The laundry comes out clean and very wringed out. This saves on dryer time and more efficient energy usage.
In use the washing action is very solid and the spinning action balanced. I think this may be a long term durable item.

Great washer ,,, Just a little trouble

I do open the bottom latch on the bottom of the washer to drain the water and clean the little basket . Now when I pull out the tiny hose that drains the water , there is no water coming out and the basket seems to have more water coming out in it .

You couldn’t ask more for all these features.
I’m so happy with this new and beautiful washing machine. I wish I could give it six stars instead of five. It’s just designed very well and has all the features I could want for my home laundry and it’s very easy to operate. I have to say it attractive too. I installed it myself without any issues. It does a great job at washing clothes just yesterday. I use the quick wash feature and I had clean clothes in 15 minutes. I’ve also had blankets that I haven’t washed for years and I finally got them clean in this beautiful washer. I’m very happy with my new Christmas gift to the family.

Perfect washer with 1 major flaw
I have owned this for a month now and this washer cleans I mean really cleans laundry with ease.
I read wifi in the description and thought that meant it would easily work with their app.
I was wrong. Who makes a product with wifi that doesn't work with their app.
Now I am stuck with this great washer that doesnt send notifications and a vintage drier that does. Ice machine dumb company

Nice machine
We had a 30 year old basic top-loading washing machine that served us well, but the cost of the latest repair didn't make sense anymore and we made the jump to a front-loading model recommended by Consumers Reports. The delivery was quick, the installation went without a hitch, the old machine was hauled away at no extra cost, and the new one, while looking fancy, turned out to be very easy to use. We've only had it for a short time, but so far so good.
