Not having to move heavy wet loads from one machine to another is really wonderful. The towels came out fluffy and nice. 6. Cloth press option is useful for silk cloths

8. Special option for jeans etc (heavy payloads)
Little bit lacking in dryer performance in drying heavy payloads like bedsheets. Request LG to improve on that.
Overall “Best product” I would say.

Perfect addition to our laundry room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With my 3rd child on the way my wife and I needed to think about adding bigger capacity washing machine. We already have existing LG laundry pair but wanted to add additional machine. This all in one laundry machine is perfect solution. We had the space for adding it to our mud room and all it needs is regular outlet and it’s ventless. I added it to my thin Q app and it’s the most convenient machine I have ever used.

A Gar changer for big families!!

As a family of six with endless loads of kids’ clothes, laundry used to be exhausting. I often stayed up late washing and drying, barely getting any sleep. Now, I simply load the machine before bed, and by morning, everything is washed and dried. It’s been a huge relief!
The 5.0 cu. ft. capacity is larger than I expected, allowing me to handle big loads at once, which has significantly reduced the number of cycles I need. The Inverter HeatPump™ technology ensures my clothes come out perfectly dry without overheating, and it’s energy-efficient too.
What impresses me the most is how quiet it is. I can run it at night without disturbing anyone’s sleep, which is such a blessing. The ventless design also made installation super easy, even in our small space.

Convenient
Not having to move the clothing from the Washer to the Dryer is a game changer! Being able to start a load of laundry before work, and come home to dry clothing for the evening is refreshing.
The maintenance schedule seems steep, but it's a lot easier than I thought to upkeep the machine.
The ThinQ features are also very helpful, reminding me when my load is complete and when it's time to perform Tub Clean.

We shopped around looking to replace my 30 year old washer. When we seen this washer/dryer combo, we were interested. It saves space in my utility room and I like the idea of not having to remember to put clothes in the dryer. This combo is quiet and saves on water. I bought the LG Washer/ Dryer Combo to replace a 10 year old LG Washer and Dryer. They were both still working great but I was wanting a space saving unit. I am very pleased with the LG Combo. It is well worth it. We have 3 dogs and new Lint filter upgrade is great.

Fantastic appliance

The ability to control the appliance from then LG Thinq app is amazing and very user friendly. Super efficient! Would buy again

I have a very small house and small closet so having a combo unit made a lot of sense to me. And, not having to have a 240v outlet was even easier. Also, not having a vent/exhaust is great for the home since my home doesn't get depressurized every time I do laundry. Also critical, the cost of doing laundry is almost nothing now. It cost almost nothing compared to my old dryer. I thought drying would take longer with the washer/dryer combo but in reality, I think I actually save time because I don't have to transfer my close. In the past, it was easy to forget or not be present when clothes was done washing. However, now I don't have to think about it. Last but not least, I love not having to worry about detergent with the automatic dispenser. It also makes sure no one uses too much which can be bad for the clothes and the machine. Overall, this is an awesome choice especially for small spaces, or without 240v outlet, or someone looking to reduce energy costs dramatically.

We absolutely love our LG Combo. Our clothes come out perfectly and we hardly have to iron anymore. With all the features of the LG Combo, we spend less time doing laundry.
