[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this unit yesterday and ran 3 washes: towels; shirts and pants; sheets.
They all came out perfectly clean, fully dried and fluffed.
I was incredibly nervous getting this machine, seeing so many one-star ratings with concerns.
Are others overloading it? Not clearing the washer and dryer filters? I’m not sure. I had none of their issues.
The multi-dispenser for detergent and fabric softener makes this machine even more convenient. Just put in detergent for 15 loads and it’ll dispense automatically.
Steam. Wash only. Dry only. Keep clothes fresh if delay to emptying. Turbo wash. Remote start. Software update- new feature addition via the app. Ultra easy.
The app was easy to set up. Sending commands or running it remotely is easy.
Note that I had an issue with the delivery date: the LG website promises one date but that’s completely false; the delivery logistics company had completely different dates weeks later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new washer and saw this new combo washer/dryer to be a very clever idea. It was priced on sale and I wanted to give it a try. It's a beautiful washer and I was really impressed with the build quality, the inside of the door I believe is thick glass. It had some weight to it and kept it planted on the floor when spinning and is very silent. I mainly needed a new washer and it got my clothes cleaner than my old top load washer. I connected it to my LG Thinq app and realized it had so many more features and options in the app. You fill its detergent and softener tanks and it atuomatically dispenses multiple loads without the hassle of filling up each load, so convenient. I still use my dryer on heavy laundry days but when I need one load done I just throw in a load and forget about it. Wash and dry in one cycle, AMAZING! I throw my daily sweat soaked workout clothes or kids swimsuits in an it washess and drys in one appliance. They're already dry when i need them again, sometimes I forget I did a load. Basically throw it in and forget about it. If you use the dryer feature I suggest you use the fabric softener tank because you wont need to remember to put a dryer sheet in. Remember to clean out the top filter after each use and the bottom one monthly. I was thinking of buying a matching dryer to update the set but not really sure if I even need to, but it is convenient when yo have a lot of loads of laundry to do in a day.

The Future of Laundry!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the All in One Washcombo and I am very happy with this product! First thing to do is to download the ThinQ app! Once you have that it is easy peasy from there. Make sure to use the app to select the options of Wash +Dry combo, or you can simply select which option you want. I find it much easier to control and navigate the options on the app than on the actual dial on the machine. I have washed multiple different loads to test the wash and dryer time and all my loads have been no more than 2 hours max! I have tried full 10lb laundry load, towels, and even a comforter! My clothes come out smelling amazing from the HE soap dispenser...works great. You must keep in mind that even if you have a small load of clothes to dry, it still takes about 1:30 minutes to fully dry. Just make sure to always clean your filter for the full drying capacity. I am totally happy with the product! Works amazing.

We bought the washer/dryer combo and was delivered mid September. We really like this unit and impressed with it. We needed more space in our bathroom/laundry room area, and this unit was the perfect solution. We also purchased the pedestal which makes this the right height so we're not bending over to load and unload. While we're still getting used to some of the other features, we have other features down pat. We really like the fact that this one unit washes and dries whatever is in it. Also, the clothes are not hot to the touch when removing, but they are dry. Also using the ThinQ app which is nice as you can see how much longer the load needs to go without having to go to the unit itself. The app reminds you when it's time for the tub clean cycle. The dryer lint being on the top is not an issue for us. We highly recommend this unit as we read all the reviews and Googled for all the information we were looking for prior to making the purchase.

Reliable machine that our family loves
My wife and I love our all in one washer dryer unit from LG. It has preformed wonderfully. The ability to start laundry and it be done when we return greatly outweighs the slightly increased time to finish the load. We have 5 people in our household and the machine keeps up without any issues.

This is a great product, if you understand its design. If you are single, (like me), or just have smaller laundry loads most of the time and limited space, this is a great option for you. The Wash cycles have so many pre loaded cycles like jeans, towels etc., that it makes it easy to find what fits your laundry. I have been using pods for my detergent, but the dispenser system seems very high tech. How does it dry? Like it is designed. It will not dry like the conventional electric or gas dryers, but it is efficient when you realize it is using a small heat pump for drying, just keep the filters clean! use the wash + Dry function and go about your day!

We bought this unit because it was compact, the new dryer fixtures that were sent are amazing at catching pet hair! Is it possible to switch the door to the other side?
The only downside is when you have to clean the bottom filter - even with a long container to catch the water after draining with smaller drain hose- opening the bigger hair catcher to clean has water draining into the bottom drawer and flows down the bottom of the machine onto the floor! it makes quite a mess and cleanup definitely need a product improvement for that part! Over all I love this washer dryer comb!!
And where does all the lint go that does t get stuck in the lint trap or left in the machine which i clean after every wash? is there a compartment somewhere that also needs to be cleaned regularly?

Genius and Life Changing!
This is machine is a life changer! It's so easy, even my 8 year old can wash and dry his own clothes. We often put a load in at night (why is it that the school uniform is always dirty?!?) and wake up to dry clean clothes. I love it so much I'm planning on putting another one in our master closet area. My electric bill has gone down and the clothes are clean and perfect. Yes, a load of towels takes longer but hey...put it in and run errands etc. You don't have to be at home to move it from the washer to the dryer. Simply genius!

Sleek, easy to use, reliable unit! Great purchase!

This unit is amazing! It saves a lot of effort moving laundry and adding detergent. It is energy efficient. Yes, the drying times can get a little long if you overfill the machine, but not bad for average loads. Just be careful that the lint trap us slid correctly into the grooves before putting it back into the machine.

So far, so good!
So far, so good! I tested the AI generated wash cycle first, that was 4-5 hours! Have since switched to the wash+dry cycle, 3.5 hours. So, that’s pretty comparable with my old machines. Lint trap is a breeze to clean. I connected to the LGThinq app and got some custom screens and melodies for the different seasons. It also does not make my laundry room a sauna. Now, I can move my dog beds in there without a worry of them overheating.

Great Unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit does a great job washing and drying, with only our king size quilt needing extra drying time. Living in Phoenix, our low humidity probably helps with drying compared to what other reviewers have experienced.
I really like that it only needs a 120v outlet and doesn't need venting. Since it's ventless, we're not wasting energy to heat already air-conditioned air and blow it out the roof. Switching to a single combo unit has also opened up a lot of space in our laundry room. Not having to leave the door open to dry is another huge plus.
This washer/dryer combo works best for people who like to run loads overnight or while they're away. If you prefer to do all your laundry in one day, this machine might not be the right fit for you.
The biggest downside I've found is having to clean the condenser coils every so often. You have to unscrew a few screws, remove a couple parts, and peel off the lint that's gotten past the screen and onto the coils. This was not mentioned in the manual. I only learned about it after LG texted me. My guess is they didn't plan on it being a regular maintenance item, or they would've made it easier to do.
