Love Combo Unit
First use I hated it. I washed towels it took forever to dry A lot of that was my fault as I kept opening it to see how it was drying. Now that I gave it a chance to work without opening the door to check dryness I love it! I works great. Love all the settings. It has a 15 min quick wash setting that cleans awesome. Love to do a quick wash. It also lets you throw in clothes on dry only to get the wrinkels out.Big capacity, I washed 5 beach towels in one load. My husband mentioned the clothes even smell better. Love that its wifi capable. Love you put detergent and softer in until it tells you to add more. Great purchase! The look of the combo is beautiful & modern looking. I purchased the storage pedestal it's awesome. No need for a hamper now. I live in a tiny home this combo unit is perfect. I have room for more storage.

So far a great experience!
I had the prior model of this combo for 10 years and loved it and never had a service call! I purchased this as a replacement and the design has several improvements over the old model and has a larger capacity.
I do not dry everything but the things I do dry do not shrink.
Had a little learning curve for the settings from my old machine with less intelligence, but once you experiment you see the organization logic and the tiered selection options. Read the book!
Didnt think I would like the auto detergent, softener because I prefer a lower amount dispensed, but was delighted you can set it for reg, more or less. Instead of fabric softener I have Lysol laundry disinfectant in my auto softener area, and there is another space to manually add bleach or bleach alternative.
The timer often estimates more time than actually needed for the drying part of the operation, so I count that as the maximum time. I check it earlier if i want to make sure it doesnt run longer than necessary, but it often stops automatically earlier than the estimate when the sensor tells it to.
So, mainly i put the stuff in, turn it on, it comes up to my usual setting. I review options and i press start then come back for the finished product. Every once in a while I load more detergent. I am not one to use the dryer to fluff up or refresh laundry. The method of drying is not the same as a standard hot air dryer so would not be as useful for fluffing. It warms the clothes but does not feel like it burns them with hot air so my dog still loves to burrow into the warm laundry.
Just hope its internal brain lasts 10 years or more.
Get the matching pedestal if you dont like to bend over too far. It raises it to a comfortable height for front loading.

A Fantastic Washer/Dryer Combo
We have been using this combo unit for about a year now, and don't really have many complaints. It is both space efficient and energy efficient, and extremely convenient.
It may take a little longer to wash and dry a load, but the difference is minimal, and the convenience of being able to start a load and come back a few hours later to clean, dry laundry really can't be beat.
We did have one issue that required contacting LG support. The gasket on our lint filter had a manufacturing defect that prevented it from sealing properly, allowing some lint to bypass the filter and clog the condenser fins. After contacting them, they sent us a new lint filter assembly, and the pet dander filter assembly (which wasn't available when we purchased our unit) in a few days.
Overall, we are incredibly happy with this purchase, and would recommend it to others.

Convenient, stylish, and easy to use
I am a friend of an LG employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG.
I absolutely love this WashCombo! I often forget to move laundry from the washer to the dryer, but with this machine, my laundry is done without the need for a rewash. While I still use my traditional dryer (and plan to upgrade to a matching one), the WashCombo’s ability to start the drying process during the wash cycle makes a big difference. The drying time in my separate dryer is significantly reduced, which shortens my overall laundry time—and best of all, I never forget that last load!
Here are some of the cycle times I've experienced:
Queen sheet set – under 2 hours
Jeans – under 3 hours
Mixed load – around 2 hours
I love anything that makes life easier, and the EZDispense feature is fantastic. Just load the detergent into the machine, and it takes care of the rest. The AI-powered Wash+Dry cycle is my favorite, though there are 25 different cycles to choose from if you want more customization.
The ThinQ app is a game changer. I can check from my phone whether the load is in the wash or dry cycle, and I get notifications when it's done. It’s also a breeze to set the cycle remotely. As a fun touch, I’ve even set up the digital dial to show a cute Christmas tree when the machine powers on, which always brings a smile to my face.
Overall, I’d rate this 10/10. It shortens my laundry day, offers tailored cycles for my clothes, eliminates the need to measure detergent, ensures I never wake up to wet clothes, AND my clothes feel softer than ever coming out of the WashCombo. Highly recommend!

I bought this combo unit knowing all the issues.
So when I had do an extra 30 min. Of drying it was no big deal, 1 or 2 times in ten or more times. I still love it. Set it and forget it is awesome!

I’ve used it twice already with different amounts of laundry and everything has been washed and dried within 2.5 hours. I like that I can change the settings to wash only or dry only. It also has features for sheets and towels, delicates, and heavier loads. I’ll also be purchasing the pedestal to give the Washcombo more height. It fits very nicely in my laundry space and doesn’t take up too much room. Overall, I’m happy with the product.

Super convenient combo!

The 5.0 cubic feet is huge - I can wash my king comforter no problem, and regular loads fit tons of clothes. It's super quiet and my clothes come out really clean every time.
The best part is how much space it saves - no more separate washer and dryer taking up room. The smart app is actually useful (unlike other appliances I've had), and I love getting notifications when my laundry is done. My energy bills have gone down too, which is a nice bonus!

Very satisifed and happy.

The installation guys were super friendly! They made sure that everything was installed correctly and to my satisfaction.
The wash is very effective. I love that it has so many different wash settings available for all the different types of wash, articles of clothing, fabric, etc. It is also very convenient to set each setting through the app that I downloaded. This machine is also very very big. A lot bigger than other washers that I've ever used.
The only small negative that I can say is that the drying process does take longer than initially expected. However, this being a washer & dryer combo, the tradeoff of having a slightly longer dryer cycle is well worth the convenience. I do not mind having a longer dryer cycle if all I have to do is load the machine and walk away. I rather have the longer cycles rather than having to return and reload it into a separate machine. I did notice that if I put in lighter loads (no towels or beddings) it dries a lot quicker, but again, I personally don't want to do multiple loads and rather do one large long cycle.
As someone who is all about convenience, this machine is perfect for me!

Love this product!
I have received the LG WashCombo, and using it for about 2 weeks. It has amazing features like built in AI technology that I do not need to select the right options every time, Easy Fill feature also great it dispenses the perfect amount of the detergent or the softener for each round and I just need to refill when its empty.(I did not know I used to use more than I need) Most of all, it saves huge amount of my time. I just need to reserve the machine and it finishes my laundry by the time I come back home. Love the All-In-One WashCombo!
