This has got to be the most "smartest" washing machine ever! Throw your clothes in with the soap in the designated area, set the settings and turn it on.

We’re able to fit in quite a bit more clothes and bedding compared to our old one. Despite adding more clothing volume to our loads, they still seem to come out clean. Super easy to use machine.

The options allow me to provide the best service for all of my laundry from bed linens to delicate intimates. I will definitely buy this brand again if and when necessary. It's performing so well, that may be a long time in the future.

I love that it save water and time!! I love all my Lg appliances but I still need a new dryer. We have a refrigerator and stove that we Love!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST EVER SO FAR I have had this washer for almost a year (effective this month). I have been pleased with the performance. There are some options that took me a while to figure out but reading the manual helps. The only downside to this is that when you call for maintenance they put you through the paces of checking the machine for issues reading from a script on their computer (I was on for 45 minutes) and then they tell you it doesn't warrant a service call. Live with it. Not what I expected. Of course your call goes to a foreign country so what can you expect. Also, I was requesting service on both the washer and the dryer but the same agent could not handle both calls and I had to be transferred. That made no sense.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old washer was dying and we began the search-after reading reviews & info on line, our LG was ordered and delivered the next day! 3 loads later and clothes cleaner than they’d ever been even in our old washer, we knew we’d made the right decision. Highly recommended! This was the only machine that met all of our requirements & we are extremely satisfied.
