Impressive Sound

Needed for movies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the title says, I think most new tvs these days come with a thinner aspect ratio so it becomes harder for them to have good speakers. A sound bar is a perfect addition and especially one that pairs with the tv wirelessly like this subwoofer does. For the money it’s a great buy.

Great Entertainment Sound Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a major upgrade to our home theater system; it is just like being at the movies. We like the fact that it was easy to set up and use, right away we noticed a big difference and we are so happy with the quality of sound. With 340W and 3.1 channel sound you can hear clearly, and it makes movies better at home. The bass from the subwoofer is fantastic I have never had such a great soundbar in my life, what a transformation. There were a couple of different cords in the box and apparently you can have wired with an HDMI cable or wireless connected to Bluetooth, we went with the Bluetooth because it was easier to connect to and use. With so many options to choose from we had a fun time listening to our TV, my daughter said, "What a difference, I feel like im at the Cinema." Then we made popcorn and watched movies all night, this is the best entertainment soundbar I have ever used. It sounds great because it has the Dolby sound quality that you hear in the real theater. That is what makes this soundbar the best because it is created to boost you own TVs sound and make it better, I cannot live without this soundbar it is the best. Dolby sounds great in the theater and now I have it in my home, we can watch movies during the week and feel like we entered a theater at home.

My Honest Review of the LG S60T Soundbar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying the LG S60T Soundbar.
The soundbar and the subwoofer were both packaged very securely. Was a very easy set up right out of the box. Connected the soundbar to my TV via Optical Cord as my TV does not have the Bluetooth option.
I really like how the subwoofer is wireless which allows me to move it anywhere in my living room for optimal sound when watching tv or especially a movie.
The sound quality is great and the difference between the soundbar and my TV speakers is quite noticeable.
The remote to control the soundbar is not too bulky, but also not small and easy to lose or see/press the buttons like most other sound bars. It's also very well labelled and organized as it pertains to volume, mute, source, mode, etc.
The only issue I have had with the sound bar is it loses connection sometimes if the TV sits idle for a while. In order to fix, I had to unplug the Optical cord, and plug it back in in order to get it to reconnect. Has happened twice so far, but not a deal breaker.
Overall, I think the quality of the soundbar was well worth the purchase.

It syncs up super easy, can in an easy to open package with very easy instructions to get set up and ready in a matter of minutes. It has multiple options for sound quality to match what you are watching. The woofer makes those dramatic moments SO much more dramatic! I would highly recommend this sound bar to anyone in the market. It has made every movie and show we have watched a million times better!

My honest review of the LG Soundbar S60T

While the remote control is a bit confusing initially, the LG soundbar mobile app offers a convenient alternative. I was able to easily pair my TV remote to control the soundbar's volume, which is a nice touch.
The bass is powerful and enhances both movies and music, and vocals are clear and easy to understand. Unfortunately, I didn’t experience a strong sense of surround sound; the audio primarily comes from the front. Nevertheless, the overall sound quality is excellent for the price.

Fantastic Movie Theater-Like Sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the fact that I could mount the sound bar to the wall, as I already have a lot of speakers in the same area for my stereo system. It was relatively easy to mount the sound bar after I figured out the provided template. It wasn’t clear that the line drawing of the brackets was where I was supposed to align the actual brackets. The rest of the template made sense, just not bracket placement and I wish that had been labeled. Both bluetooth and optical connections were easy to make. The sound is superb! I never realized how much I was missing until I heard the difference. LG delivers a rich movie theater-like sound that increases my watching and listening experience. It’s an excellent value for the price and I would recommend it to others.

Rich Sound Delivery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been experimenting with settings on the LG Sound Bar for about a week. Some of this was done blind because LG, like many companies, includes one page of very basic instructions. I found days later (in tiny type) it was my responsibility to download and print a user’s manual.
On the remote some buttons are poorly labeled, others are not labeled at all, and we couldn’t find how to adjust sound up or down until I printed the manual. A black-on-black button (not helpful in semidarkness) which I would use probably more than anything else needs to have a color like other buttons.
We tried using both optical and bluetooth connections, and there is a tremendous difference in what those options offer. With bluetooth, you use the TV remote to “accept” the sound bar prompt and can adjust sound up or down using that same remote. It also shows the sound level numerically which is helpful. With optical, it automatically turns on the sound bar when the TV is activated, but adjusting sound is done using the LG remote which has that black-on-black button, and no numerical level is displayed on the TV. Our preference is using bluetooth as it’s fewer remotes to deal with.
In terms of sound, there is a huge difference between what we had before and the LG. You can adjust settings for more or less bass, and you really hear the difference with increased bass. It adds richness that is wonderful. Acting dialogue is crisp and clear. When music is played during a movie the symphonic effect is incredible. The range is terrific too. Having great sound brings another layer of enjoyment to watching movies.
Since I just printed the manual yesterday we haven’t fully explored everything this sound bar can do yet. However, at this point, I would recommend the LG Sound Bar for the amazing quality of sound that it delivers.

Great surround sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG you did not disappoint me. I love it was easy to set up and get connected. I love the sound quality. The sound was so good my daughter came out of her room. I watched a few action movies and it sounded like I was at the movies. Music sounds good too. My only dislike dosen't have a display so you can see the settings or volume other than that I love the LG soundbar with the subwooer. This may prompt me to try othe LG products.

Great sound...but struggles when idle for too long
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the LG Soundbar S60T. Love the sound and bass from the subwoofer that came with it. Bluetooth capability is easy to connect. Also came with Optical and HDMI cables. We used the Optical port for connection to the TV. Works great!
Only problem we noticed was if the TV is idle for a while (like a movie or game on Pause), when we were ready to resume, it had no sound. Had to turn everything off and mess around with the inputs before it came back on. That's happened twice now.
Overall, a great value for a good soundbar.

The only downside for me was the indicator lights on the soundbar itself. They were a bit underwhelming and it forced me to figure out what source I was pulling from. Being able to see if I was going through HDMI, Bluetooth, or Optical would be a nice feature. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall performance and functionality.
Overall, the LG S60T is a fantastic addition to my home setup. With its excellent sound quality, stylish remote control, and user-friendly interface, it's a soundbar that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to elevate their audio experience.
