Great Cooktop for Big Cookers
The cooktop has been wonderful. It is a great size with 5 burners that fit all of our cooking needs with enough space for multiple items on the cooktop at once. Looks stylish and fits in with the kitchen aesthetics .
The delivery was delayed multiple times due to weather and availability of drivers, but that was via RXO. RXO was helpful in rescheduling but kept delaying delivery.

The burner head buckle gone after one month use, the over all functionality and quality needs improvements.
The best thing was the customer service department response and they agreed to replace the burner heads.

This isn't true, and I wouldn't have bought the thing if I knew it wasn't true. The knobs are also plastic.

Poor quality
If I could rate 0 stars I would!! After 3 years only 2 out of 5 of the knobs are functional meaning I can only safely use two burners. Poor design, cheaply made! The cost of replacement knobs is so high that it is more cost efficient to buy a new range, which is what I will be doing. You can be sure it will not be an LG!!!!!
