Excellent picture but hard to connect some inputs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had an Oled 77" and sold that a bought a 83"Oled. Great/beautiful picture and sound but did add a sound bar. The negative is the way some of the inputs on the rear of the set were very hard to connect. The 77" was a breeze to connect inputs because you could easily see where to connect them VS the 83" where the slots to connect are above an indentation and out of view to the point I was behind the set at a angle to try and see where to plug everything in. Very bad location for those input slots and lousy design compared to 3 other LG oleds I have purchased over the years.

DOA -- User Agreement approval broken
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't run the apps because User Agreement can't be downloaded (Server error). This seems to be a known problem that LG didn't fix. Can't download new SW that might have a fix. Why does this even have to be downloaded instead of the SW having a standard agreement? Does it change that often? Workarounds don't help.
