Great image
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't usually do video reviews, but this LG G4 has by far the most beautiful picture I ever see on a TV. Just so you know, I upgraded from an LG CX 65, also OLED by the way, which already had a great picture, but this one takes it to another level.
The first thing that I noticed is that it feels like it has double the brightness compared to the OLED I had, we actually set it to 80% brightness because at night gets too bright! It also feels super snappy and responsive and the colors are just amazing to see.
Now, I do have a couple of complaints, The controller works just fine but doesn't feel premium like the TV, and this 83-inch size does not come with a standing mount, so we had to purchase that one.
Well I was afraid that the 83-inch would be too big for our living room, but for the first time I felt like we were in a theater, the extra screen real estate really makes everything feel more immersive. Review submitted as part of a program that provides a purchase discount.

This TV replaced our projector in our theater room, and after seeing the difference in color and quality I don’t know how I could possibly ever go back. Watching a movie on this thing is crazy, when the screen goes black during a dark scene, there isn’t any gray backlighting, so it is true-black. Also, the colors really pop and are super vibrant. I haven’t seen a clearer picture. Another super cool feature is the remote control, I love being able to use the pointer to select an app or type things in. Dragons in My Living Room!

Watching the final episode of The House of Dragons felt like I was right there in the action. The vibrant colors and stunning detail made the dragons look like they were flying right in my living room! I've never seen the show like this before. The blacks are deep, and the contrast is incredible—everything just pops!
To enhance my setup even further, I also bought the LG Soundbar S70TY, and they work perfectly together. The soundbar delivers rich, immersive audio that truly complements the breathtaking visuals of the LG OLED83G4.

The best keeps getting better

Not only has the technology evolved exponentially since then, but this LG panel is amazing with incredible inky blacks and no more blur. I’m also super pumped to see MLA in the 83”. Best TV I've ever seen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most amazing TV I've ever seen. Incredibly detailed and bright. I have it placed in a VERY bright room and it looks great at any angle. Yes, there's glare, but the way the panel distributes the light makes it less impactful and with the MLA technology you still see every detail of dark scenes. I even tested it with the infamous dark scenes from season 8 of Game of Thrones and it was much better than my old TV (though still very dark due to how they shot the scene)
Cannot recommend this enough. Amazing TV set.

The picture quality is simply outstanding, with colors that pop and blacks that are deep and true, bringing movies and games to life in a way I hadn't experienced before. The α9 Gen5 AI Processor does a great job of upscaling content, so everything I watch looks sharp, even if it's not in 4K. The design is sleek and fits perfectly in my living room, complementing my decor without being obtrusive. I also appreciate the smart features, which are intuitive and make streaming from my favorite services seamless. The remote is user-friendly, and navigating through the menu is a breeze. It's definitely a purchase I feel good about, giving me a cinema-like experience right at home.

Incredible upgrade for 83" owners
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned LG OLED TV's dating all the way back to 2015, with owning a set from almost each year since then. MLA was touted as an impressive upgrade last year, but the 83" was left out... that ends now. MLA is here for the 83" size, and it is a sight to behold. The brightness increase and HDR impact are very noticeable over typical OLED TVs. The alpha 11 processor is also a welcome change, with noticeably improved picture quality, minute detail adjustment capability, and extremely snappy OS navigation. Low APL scene content has also been dramatically improved in terms of color saturation retention and chrominance overshoot improvements. This is my first OLED upgrade (of many) apart from size increases where I truly feel like I'm experiencing a generational leap.
