Great bass for 6 and 7 inch speakers. Full clarity of the total range of voice and music. For 169 bucks you can't go wrong.

Went to play it a day or two later.........no power....none! Changed remote batteries, tried the Power button on the unit, changed outlets..........nothing....no power. I would have rated it with 5 stars, but that would be misleading. Would I recommend it to a friend? Only with the caution that it might stop working after almost two years. All my ratings to the following questions are based on the fact that this unit completely, for no reason, stopped working.

The sound is a whole issue in itself . It should have an equalizer instead of dummy presets. The subwoofer is terrible because it is passive and really has no sound to it . If you are offering a “dj” looking system then make it one by including an active ? powered subwoofer ? to meet the buyers expectations.
