Love it!

Wonderful features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago and just love it, its big enough to wash all my bedding!! ( i have a bed and breakfast that has 6 beds and 4 futons for beds). I just hope this one lasts longer the 2.5 years like my last one, I will let you know!!

Great features that we look for in a washer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer replaced a Maytag washer that we purchased 7 years ago. Things we like: It gets our clothes clean, it is quiet, it has a power switch, it has multiple wash settings, it has a fresh hold feature, and lastly, it has a delay start. Something we miss from our previous washer: a light. Since this is a stackable washer, it sits beneath the dryer furthest from the ceiling light. Hard to see those dark socks stuck to the top of the drum after a wash. We appreciate the addition of the power switch, as our previous washer turned on if the dial was bumped while putting clothes in the dryer.

Design flaw
I only have one issue with this washer. It has a filter for the exiting water. If you have pets you're going to have hair on your clothing,etc. The filter clogs up and has to be cleaned. This thing is in the most awkward place. It is not where you can reach it. The entire outside housing has to be removed. This filter is in the front under the tub. Why would you do that? I thought the Maytag man never had to repair anything.

Great Stain Removal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new washer. My husband is disabled and makes quite a mess on his sweatshirts/shirts and pants. With this washer, the stains come out the first time I wash them. I’m not washing them 2-3 times, plus soaking them, like my old washer.

Good machine with great controls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our 6 yr old Maytag replaced. The rubber seal around the door was really getting in bad shape. I used bleach to clean it at least every week but it still started to get really bad. We noticed on our new Front Loader that the rubber seal is a lot smaller and should be able to take care of it better. It is a very nice machine.

Top load to front load

Things have changed in 25 years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far, I'm adjusting to this new front loader washer. My previous washer was a Neptune which lasted 25 years. It was a crazy machine, it danced all over and jiggled and made unique noises as it spun. This machine is so quiet I worry. The main draw back is the top of the machine is level, no edging. In my laundry room that means socks and small things are sliding off. It's natural to put a load of laundry on top to sort or pre wash items. Not sure what to do yet. Mechanically all is well and things get thoroughly washed.

Great Washer!

The washer is also very attractive!

I am happy with its cleaning power, and I like the fact, that I will be reminded every 30 wash cycles to clean the washer with Affresh, with the Clean Washer cycle.

Maytag Washer Best Decision Without a Doubt
