Two days later in comes our Brand new machine! We were pretty skeptical but we decided to give the new y a chance. We’re glad we did. It has gained favor as it was used daily for the first eight days. With an Adult handicapped son living with us it really does work overtime. I am thrilled with the new washer.

Why does the machine sound like it’s barely agitating? Seems like very little movement when it’s on the wash portion of the cycle.
I think maybe you should call a tech, I do hear my machine agitating..you should hear some motion of the clothes moving around.

Under the big central knob there are two black buttons. Hold down the left black button until the light next to it turn on. Then press the right black button.
