Electric Dryer with Extra Power - 7.0 cu. ft.

This Extra Power electric dryer boosts drying power to get thick fabrics drier the first time* while Moisture Sensing prevents over- and under-drying on every load. Extra Power
The Extra Power button boosts drying power on any cycle by extending time, heat and tumbling. One push helps prevent underdrying by getting thick fabrics, pockets and seams drier the first time.
Moisture Sensing
Two sensors closely monitor inside moisture and air temperatures to deliver the right results for each load. When fabrics are evenly dry and air reaches ideal temperatures, the cycle stops, helping prevent over- and under-drying.
Quick Dry Cycle
The Quick Dry cycle dries small loads fast. Clothes will be ready before you know it when paired with the Quick Wash cycle.

Efficient Dryer. Worth the money!

I spent 8 weeks in from the last week of august to mid-October in either the hospital or rehabilitation. This dryer is so easy, my husband could do the laundry himself. 😉

Less wrinkles and quieter than my last

The noise is relatively low compared to my last unit which was almost 20 years old. Powerfully Efficient

I no longer have to go to laundromat because my older dryer gave out.I was looking for a dryer that wasn't complicated (millions of features just waiting to break). I wanted a machine that did the job with good basic features, was reliable, and was economical. My Maytag hits all these points perfectly! I highly recommend to anyone easy to operate is durability and energy efficient!!
This is a very spacious dryer that is easy to use. Three knobs is all it takes to get started. First you select the temperature (high, med or low), then you have the choice of auto dry or timed dry. Lastly, you can turn the dial to either signal you or not, when the load is done drying. The door opening is large and allows for easy access to load and remove clothes. My large load of clothes dries easily in one cycle. There is a wrinkle prevention feature too, that helps reduce wrinkles. The lint trap is located on the top for easy access.

The Soil option includes Heavy to Light with softener options. What you are washing can be identified ( bulky, towels, heavy duty, normal etc.).
